Nail tech did a horrible job! I had to keep telling her she was doing my nails wrong. The gentleman told me they do the best they can do, however my nails look like shit! I'm gonna have to soak these off and find another salon. I'm too embarrassed to even post a picture as to not tarnish the reputation of the techs that may do a good job. Recently relocated to ATL and decided to try Luv nails as it's literally 5 minutes from where I am staying. Nice size store with lots of colors to choose from. The lady did a really good job with my mani and pedi but her painting skills needs improvement. Felt like my pedicure was done right and she really removed the callous and dead skin from my feet but the polish was not good at all. I would definitely go back but try another technician. This place was awesome. The techs were very helpful and knowledgeable of how to fix my situation with my nail. I probably should've taken a before and after picture to show the extent of the damage but the techs were very gentle with my split apart nail. Ouch!! You can literally tell your tech soaking your nails in the acetone damages you nail bed and skin but she will pretend not to hear/understand what you are saying with her passive aggressive behavior trying to make you into the aggressor. I love this nail salon, the location is perfect, and friendly staff. However today I was not satisfied with my pedicure, the heels of my feet were barely touched and they still feel very rough. Sometimes the staff takes their time but today that was not the case. If you decide to get your nails done at this location please make sure to let them know not to rush. read more

I do enjoy coming here for the convenience but I had to stop coming due to the way my nails were painted the very last visit. I get gel polish and the polish was dried over my cuticles. My toes paint was on my skin as well I didn't notice any of it until I got in the car, and then it was pointed out by more than one co worker. Giving this place 1 star solely for being sleazy with their pricing. They have no price list posted. They hand you a menu after asking if you want a Deluxe Pedicure. I look at the menu which has a number of options ranging from $18-$28. I select the $25 deluxe pedicure which comes with a mask treatment. They also give me a menu for what I think is the fragrance of mask and scrub because that's all it has on it. I select Green tea. Come to find out the second list is some different type of Deluxe pedicure which costs $32. The woman had a strong accent and was speaking through her mask so I could barely understand her. I was visiting from out of town and was referred here by my Aunt. Would never return because I don't like shady business practices. Bottom line, you'll get a decent pedicure here and it seemed clean but be prepared for the confusing pricing and be specific about what you're getting before sitting in the chair. read more

I am visiting from Florida and brought my seven year old niece here to treat her to a mani/pedi in the kid chair for her birthday. They kept skipping over my niece over and over until I finally asked if a technician was going to see her and then told me I couldn't sit in the chair beside her since I wasn't getting a pedicure even though the chairs weren't full. They expected me to sit at the front far away from my SEVEN YEAR old niece then finally suggested that I could sit in a rolling chair nearby. Keep in mind, the chairs next to her were empty. I would have not have had a problem getting a pedicure along side her so it wasn't even a matter of being cheap, it was the fact that I had gotten them done right before flying up. This was something that was very special to me - to experience this for the first time ever with my niece and be along side her filming but they completely ruined that experience for me. I've been going to this salon for years, and this is the only place I have good service at. I've been to other salons on vacation, but I have never been as happy as I am at Nail Luv. My nails are perfect every time - and I am very OCD about how things should look. They have a huge range of colors of SNS, gel, and regular polish. Everyone is very friendly. Most of the techs remember my name and my girls' names every time we go in. It's nice feeling welcomed by the staff. I have only had one bad experience here (years ago), but the manager stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right. I also feel like this is the cleanest salon I've ever been in. They really go the extra steps to make sure things are sanitary. I have seen someone say this salon is "horrible" or something about confusion about pricing. The people who say those things must not have good communication skills because I always know exactly how much I'm paying for every service. It proves that you just can't make some people happy because the staff at Nail Luv are the nicest, most talented, and most helpful people of any salon I've been to. read more
