If I have any nail issues Tina will fix. Very nice ladies, I visit at least every 2 weeks. My mom also frequents for nail and pedicure on a bi weekly basis. Ok you guys to say I love this nail salon would be an understatement. My mom, aunt and I have been coming here for YEARS. Every experience is amazing and the staff always makes us feel like family. I tried the new jelly pedicure and it was hands down so AMAZING. I def recommend getting the jelly pedi the next time you go here. I literally come every 2 weeks and the pricing is affordable. This Nail Salon was my go to salon for pedicures but I decided to have my nails done. I did not have an appointment, so I understand waiting until their is a vacancy but once I was next in the chair I waited another 40 or so minutes and was not informed that there would be a delay which is unprofessional and rude so unfortunately I want be returning. I'm really over the nail pampering but wait a minute is it really pampering if you feel the same or worst before arriving. I just need to find a actual nail SPA that feels like a SPA. read more

I have been going to Ruby Nails for almost two years and I have never had to wait 45 or 90 minutes to get my nails done. If I was to go on a Saturday afternoon or Friday evening then I would expect to wait but I choose to be smart about it. If some reason I can't go during the times I go then I will pack my patience and just relax. All the ladies and gentleman are very nice. I'm greeted with a smile when I enter and I'm given a farewell and we will see you next time when I leave. I live 25 minutes away but I will make the drive because the experience is awesome. Now the nail service is definitely on point. I always get solar nails and Lee always does an excellent job on me. I don't get pedicures that often but when I do they are done very well. I would definitely recommend this nail salon. It is definitely a best kept secret. I'm going to get my nails done tomorrow as a matter of fact. Lol read more

Wanted to get a quick polish change on Memorial Day - apparently this was the only salon open in Henry County. I waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes... FOR A POLISH CHANGE. no one checked on me, and no one even attempted to tell me how long it would be for a wait. When I asked, I was simply told "long time." It took her 3 minutes to remove my polish and replace it - and I don't think it was necessary to have to wait for that long. I live right across the street and will not be back. read more

I have been going here with my mom for several years now. I have never had any disappointments! We always see Kim, she is the sweetest. She works fast but is never sloppy. I get gel polish manicures and they stay for almost 3 weeks, which is great considering I constantly work with my hands at my job and in the gym. I cannot say enough about how great she is. Do not go to this place. I was hesitant upon entering because the environment isn't the cleanest. The carpet is dirty and things laying around! I got SNS nails and gel pedicure. Several of my nails started to crack across! My toe nails were not filed evenly. They rush services and don't pay attention to detail. read more

This is the worst place I have ever gone to. I have been doing me nails for years and this place was non stop talking in their language and on their phones there was 4 of us and my niece was very upset and we let them know they yelled at us and argued with us and were down right mean. They offered for us to come back but Hell non of us will ever go back they don't care about the jobs they did just the money we spent almost $200.00 in there and that's all that mattered to them. I used to love coming here to having my nails done but they have been going down hill for the last two years. I made excuses for them until this last time. I went in with my elderly mother for a fill in and pedicure. The technician was already annoyed when I sat down, she did my fill-in in 15 min and very poorly. I had to ask her to to take the polish off under my nails to which she said "you want to paint under your nails so I can clean it up?" I replied "your salon painted my nails, underneath as I requested with the Christian Louboutin red". Then in the middle of my pedicure she just stopped, left me waiting for 20 minutes while she gave the man beside me a pedicure! I was shocked! I will never go back. read more

They've really gone downhill lately. I've started going elsewhere but I went in here today for a regular mani with a friend and it was a joke. They were able to get to us right away, but the whole manicure lasted maybe ten minutes, including me getting up and washing my hands. Ten minutes! And it wasn't even that great. No neck massage either. I'm not sure if they were mad because I quit coming there or if they were mad because I was getting the cheapest service they offer or if they're just lazy now, but it was a really dumb experience all around. read more

THIS WOMAN UNZIPPED MY PURSE THAT WAS ON THE TABLE AND ASKED ME IF IM PAYING CARD OR CASH. I brought my mom here to treat her to a mani pedi. I paid for the deluxe pedicure that was supposed to include a massage for both of us, however we both received two minutes each. We both decided we wanted sns nails and when our pedicures were done we weren't told where to go so we sat there and they tended to other people and then they asked what we were waiting for after 30 min. Then they rushed us to pick out colors, which when I did pick one out the woman who told me they're out so pick another color. While I was looking she rushed me and asked if I found one already and when I did she had told me they found the color I originally asked for and used that instead. I asked her to cut my nails shorter, she said she will file them down which she barely did. When she would get done with a hand she shoved my hands towards me like she was irritated. All my nails were different length and different shape. I asked her to fix it twice but she acted like she would and just filed a few nails and it literally made no difference. Before my nails could even have a chance to dry, this woman grabbed my purse and started digging through it asking about my payment. My moms nails were uneven and one of her fingers even started swelling bc her nail tech was aggressive as well. Never spending another dime here. read more

This is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to. The staff is amazing at what they do, they are also always very friendly. Tina always asks about how I'm doing and about my family every time I go in and I don't go in nearly as often as I used to. I moved on the north side of Atlanta a few years ago and I've looked in Alpharetta, kennesaw, midtown, and buckhead for a nail salon that compares and I have yet to find one. The prices are amazing at ruby and the last time I had my nails done I got gel and they lasted for almost 4 weeks. Anywhere else typically only lasts about 1-2 weeks. I highly recommend ruby nails to anyone that is looking for a new nail salon. I go down to McDonough just to get my nails done there because no where else compares to them! read more

The worst nail experience if my LIFE!! Technician was old and blind!! She has NO BUSINESS painting anyone's nails!!

The first time my daughter and I went to Ruby Nails Salon was the Friday before Easter. I expected a long wait due to the holiday. The ladies were very apologetic about the wait. I got a gel manicure and my daughter had her nails and toes polished. The staff was very friendly so I planned to return. Two weeks later, my daughter and I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon. Once again they were busy but not as busy as the first time we visited. I opted to get a pedicure and my daughter got her nails and toes polished. I waited about 20 mins before I was placed in the pedicure chair. Once I was in the pedicure chair, I waited another 20-30 mins before a technician started my pedicure. My daughter, however, was only getting a polish and she waited an hour for this to be done. Other people came in after us and they were serviced before my daughter. After noticing this I asked the technician when my daughter would be serviced. She replied, "Ohhh the others had appointments". I seriously doubted that everyone walking into the establishment had an appointment. I do, however, think customers are serviced based on what salon services they are getting. My daughter was only getting a polish to her toes and nails so I guess that wasn't a high a priority or a highly profitable service to the nail technicians. After spending two hours in the nail salon for my pedicure and my daughter's polish to be applied, we finally leave. Later that evening, my daughter advises me that the polish on her nails was gone. To my dismay her nail polish was completely gone as if it had been cleaned with nail polish remover. I had never seen anything like that before. The next day we returned to the shop to let them know what happened. My daughter didn't even have her nail polish on for an hour and it was completely gone. Once we arrived, as usual, they were busy. In fact, so busy, no one greeted us when we walked in the door. My daughter and I sat and waited. Another lady and her kids walked in the door, no greeting from the nail technicians. After having sat for ten minutes with no acknowledgement from the Staff, I got up and walked towards the door. Then I was stopped and asked what service did I want. I proceeded to let the lady know that my daughter's nail polish came off in less than an hour after leaving the nail salon. She then says, "Oh, we're busy can you come back?" We will NOT be back. If you value GOOD Customer Service and quality products take your money and business elsewhere. read more

First time: Got the works for my Va-k, got one shoulder "massaged" - and not very well at that. Leg massage - not really. They did the mani and pedi at same time; not relaxing at all as the gel drying machine kept going off and I had to keep hitting it; felt like a pretzel, this hand crossing over that one while this foot in, that foot out, blah, blah, blah. With all that, the french mani-pedi came out pretty good. Second time: I opted to get mani-pedi one at at time. Found out that all of the ladies are't good - went for the french again, asked that only one nail be cut down, they were not as long as they usually are and I wanted to keep the length one the rest. When she put on the white tip and it was almost 2/3s, if not more of my nails which were not that long to begin with, asked that they be made more narrow. Ok, she did that, then I saw that they were crooked, she tried to fix them and could not get it right. She asked another lady to try, she couldn't fit them either and asked if I wanted to try - jokingly - really? Then the first one, in an attempt to "fix" them CUT THE SIDE OF A FEW OF MY NAILS OFF - WTF!!! I said forget it and went for a plain color. To get the gel off she buffed the top of my nails off thereby thinning the nails. Can you say "not a good idea!!!!" Proceded to get the pedi with another lady, who knew what she was doing and did a great job. Meanwhile the first lady did the single color (which I took off when I got home) and proceeded to massage ONE shoulder. When I got home I noticed that all of my nails had been filed down to the top of my fingers. Not happy!!!! Third time - I got a few recommendations from some of the ladies there and will give this place one last try. I must say that these women WORK VERY HARD. They work 7 days a week!!! and very long hours and they still don't seem to make a decent living. The place is clean and attractive, the ladies are very nice, but you need to find the ones that will give you consistent well-done job. There is a man there, I think his name is Tuk and I will give him a try, but 3 strikes and they're out. Prices are reasonable. read more

my daughter treated me to this nail salon - the staff seemed like they didn't want us there, we were rushed so badly that they skipped a few things. this place was more interested in my daughters money then the service they should be providing. no its not ever ok to reach in to her handbag to get your payment so that you may close the doors on us!!!!!! the nail on my thumb is swollen and infected. i will definitely report you to better business bureau. read more

STAY AWAY! Let me start by saying that I have been going to Ruby Nails for years. The service was good and the prices were reasonable. Lately, it has been terrible. The staff is not attentive and do not do a good job with your nails. They were already very annoyed when I got there and when I asked for SNS, they rushed through it and did a poor job. The polish was on my skin. Then, they charged me $5 extra for having "long" nails. My nails are about a 1/4 inch long. The technician also cut my finger and laughed. They do a terrible job and find any reason to charge extra. It was such a frustrating experience. I will not be going back! read more

Customer service is horrible. Told by my technician that I'm too picky because I want my nails to be shaped properly and all 10 the same length. I'm sorry, but I thought that is what was supposed to happen when you get your nails done. I just want good work, not for my nails to look like I did them or my child did them. I arrived at 930am, but did not leave until after 12. I had to wait 1 1/2 hours. I watched as other people came in after me and were serviced before me and left before me. After waiting an hour, I asked how much longer. No one even replied. But I guess it's because they don't like me and ignored me as my technician ( the guy that sits on the end in the back). I thought this was a business. My nails look aweful. I just made another appointment for Tuesday because that's how bad my nails look. I would rather soak these off and start over as opposed to wear these nails for the next two to three weeks. Horrible service. Horrible technicians. Horrible work ethic. Horrible nails. No one speaks English until they're ready to tell you the price. Don't waste your time or your money. Don't go to Ruby Nails in Stockbridge. Don't do it. read more

I went to this Nail Salon for the first time Apr 30 2012. I had a very long wait app 45 m for a pedicure /manicure. There was a "special" for a pedi/mani for 23 dollars. I stated when I went in I would like the special. Then 45 m later I was put in the spa chair for the pedicure. The lady said to me in a very foreign accent 23 dollars I replied yes. When I went to pay the clerk said 23 plus 8. I replied 8 for what? She said you got the deluxe pedicure. I said not only did I say when I came in I wanted the special but the person doing the pedicure stated 23 and NOTHING else and I replied yes I want the special. There was no doubt in my mind this was a scam. They honestly thought they could intimidate me into paying for services I did not ask for . I stood my ground and said no. Then the nerve of her to reply we will LET YOU BY THIS TIME BUT NEXT TIME NOT!!!!!!!!!! WOW REALLY! I felt I did get a good mani/pedi but because thye tried to scam me I WOULD NOT GO BACK. I will admit this is common practice among many nail salons. I feel they use the language barrier as an excuse to do what they want and charge what they want.
