What a waste of my time and money. Tech spoke no English so communication was impossible. Found someone on the phone who spoke English to simply explain the water was too cold. Then went to scolding hot. They told me to just keep my feet out the water. Told the tech I only really wanted a foot massage. Then got zero massage. I just wanted this horrible experience to be over. Paid, left and never to go back. But the lady next to me seemed to be having a wonderful foot massage. Maybe I just got the wrong tech. This is the worst nail salon ever. Look at the pictures, this is ridiculous. I was there over two hours for a fill in. And after three people tried to fix my nails I was still over charged. She tried to charge me $50 I paid $40 and should have not paid that. I didn't go there to get anything free just wanted a professional fill in. I normally don't do this but when the business put on social media like I did something wrong that's a problem. This business doesn't want to be held accountable for their work but try to blame the customer. I will not be spending my hard earned money at an establishment that has integrity issue. I called 30 minutes before closing. I needed a full set and a pedicure. I was going to Mexico the next day and didn't have time to get my nails done. They were so professional and sweet and allowed me to come late and stayed open a little later to finish my nails. They were so cute. read more

The integerity of this establishment should be questioned. I do not understand how a business that has been in service for years can treat their customers this way. As a business, customer service/satisfaction should be a TOP PRIORITY !! The service given to my family was not at all of standard. She came in for a simple fill in and stayed at your business for 2 hrs. Once you saw that your nail technican was not able to complete the service to her standards.You should have a more experience tech. NO EMPATHY was shown in this situation for her experience only trying to BLAME HER ! THE CUSTOMER? for a poor job done by your PROFESSIONAL NAIL TECHNICAN. I came to get a fill in and the young lady did a great job! But then i asked for a fill in on my feet, the lady recommended that i go ahead and take them all off and get a new set. While taking them off she recommend a pedicure so i got it. She basically kept cutting and caused bleeding on my big toe. She applied Neosporin but of course there was still some pain. The most relaxing part became the most painful and stressful. The lady still did a great job polishing. I am praying for no infection! Jenny did my fill in so cute! read more

Paid almost $100 dollars for acrylics and they only lasted a week. Two of my nails already came off and my thumb nails were cut uneven one is way longer than the other. Also they don't file your nails down enough to look natural and smooth. They made my acrylics fat and chunky looking and un even. Like u can see were he could have took the drill and files it down more to smooth out the edges and chunks but he didn't. They also need more and better polish colors because I got pink polish and it's fading after only having it for a week smh. The people are friendly but they need more training on how to do nails cause my nails look like a 13 year old was practicing how to do acrylic nails did them. They don't know how to do many different styles either. I'm just annoyed with the whole thing. No cuticle oil, no hand lotion. Just chunky uneven cheap looking nails smh. read more

I was then seated; overall the place looked nice, but didn't feel comfortable with the cleanliness of their tools or technique. Kevin was the technician. If you're looking for a place that provides quality service and good customer service then DO NOT GO TO PASSIO NAILS! I received SNS service and was cut twice by the nail file. He wasn't even going to put anything on my bleeding fingers until I asked. He did my nails way too thin and within a week they started chipping at the tips. By the time I could get back to the shop they offered me a $5 discount to redo them. I was a regular customer and never complain. I even tipped the man. Since loyalty means nothing to them I'll be looking for a new salon. Convenience isn't everything. read more
