She was very responsive and very nice. When I arrived I explained what I was looking for and she understood my vision right away. I can honestly say she gave me the best cut I've ever had. I came back for a second cut later and she remembered me and the exact details of how I wanted my hair even though I had only been there once before. GREAT customer service and an amazing cut. Tier One isn't just a barbershop and simple salon. They had stylists that loosened and did braids and a little bit of make up. Ladies definitely made an appointment to see their favorite stylists who knew thwm best. I am definitely a visitor, and kindly walked up and welcomed by warm staff, that asked about what I needed. They actually saw me right away. Having simple needs, a short buzz fade, and a little off the top, they hand me in and out in 20 minutes. Also put in a little bit of gel to keep it all together for transport. The mirrors are huge, bright makeup style lighting that completes the experience. Now be advised, it's a little pricer for me, but what a GREAT experience. Definitely worth the price, especially for the conversation with a hair stylist you would definitely come to see again.
