There was one person waiting ( which mind you she said he was waiting and hour lol lies)she walked to her computer acting like she was checking if there was any openings and asked all I would say 6 o employees there an no one wanted to take me son in . I ended walking out cause her excuse was bogus. I get it if I need an appointment I'm all for it but do t waste our damn time telling us to go and still not man up and admit anyone told us to come in . Your customer service sucks and unprofessional. If you want customers then atleast try to do what you can to help . This is how customer service is built and earned . We don't have time to waste just because you do not know how to communicate correctly.

After leaving the shop I noticed he cut my hair shorter than usual and I'm pretty sure the alcohol had a play in it. I called him the next day and he got real defensive saying I only had one drink. I don't care if it's one drink. I rather u cut my hair sober. But instead of just apologizing and acknowledging what I was telling him he got defensive and raised the haircut price on me from $30 to $40. That doesn't sit right with me. Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming. It's nice to come into a place and be greeted as soon as you walk in the door. This place is genuinely a place for kids and men, my kids and I appreciate the small kids play area. Just perhaps if the staff can wipe down the table and keep it a little cleaner so the little ones don't get hair in their hands would be nice. I have brought my 11 y/o for about 3 hair cuts here and so far he is happy with each result. Jose, Erick and Chris are awesome barbers. We had Chris on our last visit and he treated my son like he was he little buddy. :) I have had my appt. rescheduled or times changed which is little inconvenient for me, personal reasons. But they did compensate for that. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for the great service and hope you guys continue to do so. read more

I moved from LA to Rialto and was looking for a barber spot when I found this gem. The shop has a professional but home vibe to it with a small section for you to buy hair and attire products. They also have a small little section for drinks and snacks. The place is kid friendly, offering a first haircut certificate when making an appointment. With so much talent in the shop I tried a few barbers and chose Chris Lopez as my barber; Eugenio M. is my son's barber of choice. These 2 barbers have been cutting our hair going on 2 years, so yes the service they provide is 5 stars. The price in my opinion is fair. First time here. Appointment at 9:45 on a Friday. Arrived 5 minutes early. A customer was leaving when I came in. I think I was the only customer there. The shop appeared to be clean and we'll kept. Chris cut my hair and my haircut was awesome. Chris was very friendly and asked questions throughout my cut to get it the way I wanted it. My hair was long, long in the back and over my ears on the sides. I had it cut with a 1 on the sides and left the back about 14 " long. Kind of a long Mohawk. Anyway, Chris was very attentive. Great haircut, clean shop. I will definitely return to Five Star to have Chris cut my hair again. Very happy! read more

I've been a client here for about 3+ plus years now and have always had great experience. The barbers here are top notch, I've been getting my hair cut for the past few years by Shorty. I 100% recommend you get your next cut with him. I've never had a bad haircut and I always leave feeling very satisfied with the cut. Shorty is very professional, fast and efficient. The spot for a great cut. Atmosphere is great. They have a pool table, play are for kids, snacks and TVs to make the wait for walk-ins manageable. I've been following shorty since before she went to this location. Shorty always knows what I want. Very knowledgeable and gave me input when I was trying to change things up. Started as a walk in, now i have my go to barber. Always scary to go to a new shop but was lucky to have been able to meet Robert.
