Today I booked the 3-zoned FAR-Infrared Sauna Blanket for a whole 60 minutes. Totally worth it!! She set up the blanket, plugged it in, laid our new plastic liners, once I got settled, she zipped me up and I felt like I was snug as a bug in a well...sauna blanket. She turned the temp on to a level I was comfortable with, and sat back and visited with me while the blanket did it's job. I have osteoarthritis and am constantly in pain, and the heat that this blanket provided worked miracles. I truly feel so refreshed and pain free, from the heat waves working their infra red magic on my joints. But wait, that's not just it, I also feel lighter, fresher, more awake, like I have more energy to get going. As much as the blanket made me sweat, I feel like all the toxins in my body have been flushed and I can start today over. I received a gift from my sister for micro needling and Botox focusing on lower face, neck and jowls. The injector asked me if I had ever had Botox and I said "no". A handful of times I had only had filler. She proceeded to inject my neck and lower face stating it would give a tightening effect to jowl and neck area. Over the next week I literally watched my face age with jowls becoming more prominent each day. I called the injector Valerie in a panic explaining what happened. She basically told me that she forgot to mention that increased jowls can be a side effect and that she was really thinking I could use filler instead of Botox but did the Botox bcuz that's what my sister wanted. I told her if she didn't think I should have had Botox she should have never done it as she is the professional not my sister. Needless to say a lot of money was spent and I look older after the injections. Of course they wanted a follow up after I sent them pics but the only solution is $2k in fillers which I honestly can't afford being a single mom with two kids. I told them I couldn't afford it and I never heard back. Hoping this Botox wears off and things get better.
