I was told the dentist would see me first, then after waiting about 30 minutes, I was told to go ahead and get X-rays instead. That set the tone for the entire appointment--confusing, uncoordinated, and unprofessional. The wait time was excessive. It took over an hour just to get to the point where a basic cleaning could even begin. During that time, there was poor communication and a noticeable lack of efficiency. I also found the dentist's demeanor to be condescending, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. On top of that, there were hygiene concerns that did not meet the level of cleanliness I expect from a healthcare setting. One of the most concerning parts of the visit was feeling restricted from leaving when I became uncomfortable by Lawanda Rhodes ( dentist) . No patient should ever feel that they cannot leave freely--this was unacceptable and added to the overall negative experience. Another concern was the push to recommend multiple additional procedures that did not feel clearly necessary or well-explained, which raised red flags for me. There are far too many professional, clean, and respectful dental offices out there to settle for this kind of treatment. I would NOT recommend this location . Patients deserve better communication, better organization, and a higher standard of care. Further escalation WILL be performed as someone there witnessed some of character of staff behavior in hallway.

So Dr. Rhodes sawed off my tooth they put a temporary cap on it and after the numbness went away, I'm still having the same problem that I originally had before they sawed off my tooth and put in this tiny temporary cap that is so thin as paper, literally. They are refusing to give me a refund or even just taking the price for sawing my teeth down and giving me the remaining balance. I asked for their corporate office they are refusing to get me this information. I will be calling the better business bureau. I am afraid to return for them to do anything else to my teeth. I want to go to another dentist but they have taken my money and now refusing to giving it back. Horrible business practices.

I checked their website and called to verify that they take my insurance and got an appointment for the same day. After I got there and was told that the person who takes that insurance is no longer there, I waited for verification and clarification on the insurance amount before moving forward. They are dishonest and customers should stay far away from this office. The worst ever. The dental practice is very nice and welcoming (and the restroom is amazing). The hygienist was friendly and gentle and did an amazing job at the cleaning. The dentist did a very thorough exam (so much better than the last practice I was going to) Today I went in to get 3 fillings Not only did she explain step by step but she also made sure I was at ease the entire time.
