Trinity Dental Center on East Sam Houston is not a place I would recommend. I've been left sitting in the chair for long periods, and there's only one dentist who moves between patients with no sense of timely care. I've even left with bruised lips from the excessive pulling and stretching during procedures. They're also very expensive, so be cautious about recommended treatments you may not actually need. read more

The dentist is fine. Went too deep with the needle on May 8, 2024, and hit bone! Terrible pain for nearly two weeks. The office staff sucks! I was in a wheelchair and had to call another office to contact the Humble office staff to come out and open the door so the I could go outside to order my Uber. I was yelling for help 15 minutes! The were all in a back area. When two women came out, one spoke up and said "we close early on Friday!" I said then make sure your patients make it out the door! Rude! Staff do not honor your appointment time. They do not even give us a reason for they delay. Finally after I asked, I was rudely told that they were short staffed. As if that's my problem. If you do not respect my time, I will no longer give you my business. I will not be back. read more

Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted by the friendly front desk staff. I waited (shortly) in their beautifully decorated lobby. Since I was a new patient, Martha and Brianna took my X-rays and carefully explained everything to me. Dr. McKee took a look at my X-rays and concluded I was in need of a cleaning and polish. He was able to carefully remove any and all plaque from my bottom retainer without damaging it. Martha was amazing with my polishing! For anyone with "dental" anxiety, leave it at the door because this office knows what they're doing! read more

Trinity Dental is in-network with my dental insurance, therefore, I scheduled an emergency appointment for my husband. My husband had a wonderful experience at Trinity Dental so he encourage me to have Dr. Gonzalez as our dental provider. I also had a great experience. The receptionist Juanita and Jessica are kind and courteous. The dental hygienist Melissa and Shawn are very knowledgeable so we knew beforehand what to expect with Dr. Gonzalez. My visit to this office was by far the worst dental experience I've ever had. The rude staff did an exceptional job of increasing my anxiety by being extremely rude and argumentative. I have 2 degrees of which neither is in Dentistry. Therefore, I trusted their judgment and proceeded to follow thru with check-in but was met with repeated rules, descriptions, directives, etc. There's not enough character space to explain. I went in recently for a deep cleaning and to take dental impressions for a night guard and whitening trays. Dr. McKee and his staff were incredibly friendly and respectful. His staff was very professional and quickly took care of my X-Rays and dental impressions. The exam rooms were very comfortable and they even provide you with a TV with Netflix to watch whatever you want while you wait. He did a great job cleaning my teeth, and I didn't feel any pain at all. My teeth haven't looked this great in a long time! From the moment I came in the door & was pleasantly greeted by Jessica, the outstanding customer service just kept on coming. The Dr. was running a lil bit late, but I didn't mind at all, because the ladies kept things moving. Roxanne was very kind & patient while taking my x-rays. Bianca was very nice & informative while explaining my dental plan & insurance coverage. Dr. Gonzalez & Myra took very good care of me, my extraction was a difficult one; however, I didn't feel any pain. Dr. G was very pleasant, kind, thorough & professional. The most horrific experience I've ever had in my life from a medical facility. I do not recommend anyone to seek services from this facility. Listed below is my experience detail in a timeline. Picture perfect of GROSS NEGLIGENCE!!!! 8/28/19 2:01 PM I spoke with receptionist other facility deforming her that I was running late for my apartment and she instructed me as long as I could can get there within 20 minutes I would be okay. ( unfortunately I was detained for speeding by the Sheriff Department) 2:35 PM -   **Arrived at  dental appointment for annual cleaning and possibly preping molar for a replacement of an onlay.  As as discussed with the receptionist on the 27th of August, my primary concern was initially to get my annual cleaning and if time permits replace the onlay my molar. ** After the dentist evaluation, he explained that if I had the time he could complete everything requested in this appointment stating that I also needed deep cleaning on some of my molars. ** at the conclusion of the deep cleaning, he prepped me for my onlay made two impressions for the onlay and temporary tooth. ** at the conclusion of the prepping of my onlay and the impressions, a temporary tooth was placed with a bonding adhesive.  ** after placing the temporary tooth and I was released I immediately went to use the facilities and noticed the bonding adhesive use to place the temporary tooth was on my face. I was insulted that the bonding agent was not removed /cleaned from my face before releasing me. ** approximately 5:30 PM my dental appointment is over in a left the facility. **5:48 PM - I called and left a voice message that I was experiencing a sharp  cutting pain on my tongue like a Knife was cutting it where the temporary tooth was placed that was very irritable, unbearable and painful. ** 6:36 PM, 6:38 PM, twice at 6 40 PM Call to inform them that the temporary tooth had fallen out - was no longer bonded in place but was in my hand. **  6:41 PM I called the emergency number and left a voice message informing them that the temporary tooth was no longer in place but had falling out and I was concerned because of the hold it left in my mouth and requested a return call. * trying to maintain the Integrity of the enamel wall so another impression would not have to be taken I did not eat dinner that evening nor breakfast or lunch the next day. 8/29/19 *I did not receive a call back the the next morning regarding my emergency. It was as if it was not a concern for them. **2 PM *I received a return call back regarding my concern from the receptionist who left a voice message. Her message was "it is normal for a temporary to feel rough". The displacement of the temporary tooth what's NOT addressed at all. **6:29 PM I called and left a voice message expressing my concern and displeasure of the message I received being it did not addressed the displacement of my temporary tooth. * I also requested that the dentist contact me that we may discussed my emergency treatment needed and to receive advisement from him. (NOTE: by this time I've gotten very nauseated, very light headed, and dizzy because I have not eaten anything trying to maintain the Integrity of the walls of the enamel of the tooth that was prepped for the onlay). 8/30/19 ** I have not receive anymore correspondence regarding my emergency treatment needed, therefore purchased an OTC filler because it has been three days  and I had not recieved any correspondence or advisement and I did not want to lose this tooth because of gross negligence. **3:33 PM I called  and inquired about the status of the emergency treatment needed, why I had not received any correspondence regarding the emergency treatment needed and was informed  by the receptionist I was talking to she going to contact another facility and she would call me back. 3:50 PM The receptionist call me back and inform me that another facility would contact me instructing me where to come today to receive the emergency treatment I needed. 5:03 PM ** I contacted the receptionist to inform her that no one ever called me concerning where I should go to receive emergency care. (No one answered therefore I left yet another voice message requesting again a call beck. 6:12 PM I called again because this time I am very irate and irritated with the unprofessionalism and negligence care I have received and informed them of my displeasure. I failed to share that before treatment began, I requested payment in full of which I unfortunately paid. To date I have not received a call back nor any communication addressing the replacement of the dislodged temporary tooth nor my health or mental/emotional status caused by this horrendous experience.
