They made me two sets of plates because they weren't sure which ones would work better, turns out both of them worked perfectly, and there was no extra charge. A couple of days later I called them back to make some adjustments on the graphics that I had them installing the plates, and again they made the adjustments no additional charge and sent me out a whole new set of plates. I don't see how they could have made any money on this project, but they did it with a smile and a great attitude.
