My vibe and is a great relationship builder as we have been in consistent contact since March. In fact, I have made additional purchases after that visit and he has made everything so convenient and simple. I have visited numerous Hermes store across the globe, including all of the three locations in Paris. She didn't listen and started to tell us how Hermes needs to throw away the nail polish when customers return them. The policy states if it's within 30-days and if it's in the same condition as purchased, it can be returned/exchanged. She said she can make this special one time exception then proceeded to tell us they only have 3 colors in stock. Yes, 3 colors we can choose from out of the ~30 or so they have. Then she passed us off to another associate which stated "I have an appointment coming up so hurry." Yikes. Noelia (our savior) magically found the color that the Asian lady said was not in stock and did the exchange for us quickly. Even gave us water and recommendations for local scores. Thank you!
