Later in the day we received a text from a "family member" of his stating he had a medical emergency, but would send the money back by Monday. Monday came and he pushed off getting the money sent back to later that week. When the end of the week came and we hadn't heard from him, we attempted to contact him and he had blocked anyone's number that tried to contact him the day he did not show for the services we paid for. We reported the incident to the police and when they contacted him, he quickly unblocked us. He stated he would get the money sent back the next week, but has yet to do so. He has blocked our numbers and social media accounts, prohibiting us from getting in contact with him.

I paid a premium fee for the last minute reservation from someone else. Then I went back to Billy for a refund and return of the money I had paid him in advance for the trips that he canceled on me. That was the summer of 2022. He ignored my repeated calls and requests. In January 2023 he gave me back $50 Of the $700. He continues to ignore me and my requests for payment. He basically stole the $700. I'm going to pursue legal action because he has not repaid the funds and continues to ignore this. Stay away from this company
