Let's take a trip back to fall 2016, shall we, to a time when I was more ignorant to this company's tyrannical grasp on the mid missouri bussing industry. Imagine this...me and a coupla buddies, 150 to be exact, are taking a trip down to Nashville for the weekend looking for a good time. First step: contract a bus company to get us down there. After weighing our options we ultimately and unfortunately land on White Knight. Second step: buy a pair of ostrich leather cow boy boots at three easy payments of $399. Third step: hydrate. Fast forward to the day of and yeah...you guessed it they CANCEL!!!! THE. DAY. OF. While this is the first time I've ever contracted a bus company I think "well maybe this is normal for bus company's" so I get over it. Side note...we got to Nash don't worry...yes we got to see BuckCherry live...it was the tits. Fast forward to fall 2019...same bus trip...same buddies. I recontract with these mongoloids because...like I said...tyrannical grip.no other options. However, this time they actually show up. Except this time I wished they hadn't. The bus driver was nothing but rude to all of my buddies, he was a total vibe killer and was in DIRE need of a vibe check. Pardon my French but this guy was a fr*ckin JERK!!!! Allowed no drinks on the bus for an 8 hour bus ride. He was blasting the heat the whole time when we had asked multiple times to change it! Absolutely so rude and I will NOT be riding with them ever again!!! I have lots of followers on Instagram (@luvs_2_judge_82) and I will be sharing this experience with them!! Oh I'm sorry forgot to mention on the way back there was no A/C on our bus

A large group of us had 3 busses rented out for a trip, contract and reservation had been verified for weeks in advance. Two days ahead of time they cancelled on us leaving us with no other way to make the trip and not leaving us enough time to find a replacement. Not the first time it's happened, absolutely go elsewhere (St. Louis companies) if you need a reliable source of transportation.

He also made sure we made it back to our train on time. We wanted to stop at a few more places, but he knew being from there we weren't going to make it and talked us into heading to the stop early. In the week leading up to the event, I made multiple attempts to confirm details and received no response. Then, just a few hours before the scheduled pickup on the day of the event, I was informed they would not "be able to make it." This left me scrambling to arrange transportation for 20 people with almost no notice. I was forced to book another company at a higher cost, resulting in a significant additional out-of-pocket expense. I requested: * A refund of my $100 deposit After receiving no response, I followed up multiple times - still no response. The company posted on Facebook that the business had closed and that refunds would be issued within 10-15 business days after January 12. That timeframe has now passed. I followed up again on February 2 requesting a concrete update and received no response. I also attempted to request the refund via Cash App but was unable to process the request. As of today, I have not received any refund or communication. The same-day cancellation and the failure to issue promised refunds or respond to repeated professional outreach are extremely concerning. If anyone has additional contact information for the owners or insight into how refunds are being handled, I would appreciate the information.

I was informed that I would be notified of any other reservations so they could start working on a schedule for that day. The 10-passenger already had a wedding to take everyone from their venue to the Best Western on Christie Drive from Wardsville, MO. But had the possibility of being done in time for our wedding. Our wedding should be over at 3:45pm with photos to follow then a drop off time at our reception hall at 5:00-5:15pm. With a three hour minimum we should be allotted 4:45-7:45pm. They called me over a month later to inform me that they sold the 9-passenger limo and would be getting a 12-passenger instead. Again, telling me they would let me know soon on scheduling. Three weeks later they called to confirm the schedule and to let me know they got a 14-passenger limo instead of the 12-passenger. They told me that they bumped a bachelorette party back a couple of hours to accommodate us for our drop off time at 3:45pm. I was never informed of another party until this call and they wrote down our drop off time incorrectly. The bachelorette party was booked over the last two hours of our paid time because they needed the limo for the entire evening. This was ten days before our wedding. Since they wrote down our drop off time incorrectly, I gave them our correct drop off time again and was told they would look at the schedule a second time to figure things out. They called the next day and told us their only option for us was the 10-passenger limo if we "wanted to risk it". Even though we were booked before the bachelorette party, the 14-passenger limo was no longer an option for us. The 10-passenger limo might run late and the bachelorette party would take priority on our allotted time. No apology was given from them, they found the situation humorous and we canceled because we didn't feel confident that they would be ready for our pickup. This was a scatter-brained disaster for us ten days before our wedding. We would recommend finding a different limo service to schedule an event.
