Mr. Andrew James came to my home quoted the job, i accepted, and set a date of service for, Acid Wash, Surface Oxidation Removal, on my personal watercraft. $ 302.50 The young man he sent out, worked very hard. After quite some time the worker told my wife and I," that it looks like a polish job, and it was on the house "!!! I explained to him, we don't work that way and monies would be paid accordingly. Mr. James came back at the request of his worker as the job was not going well as planned. I was told it would be complete per our agreement. After the worker had left, Mr.Andrew James called an asked how it looked. I told him it was shiny, but the oxidation still remained. He demanded i pay for a complete job. I offered $150.00 for a polish job. Not good enough, Mr. James demanded the monies in full. Very disappointed! I drove here from La Jolla, CA for a family emergency and my BMW was dirty from…read morethe road trip on top of the fur from my Husky being everywhere. First, one of the vacuums didn't work so I had to wait for someone else to move so I could use their spot. Second, the wash was not the best. There were still dead bugs on my bumper and they half dried my car. I pulled into a parking lot down the road to see if they dried it but there was still water on the back. I also noticed dried water spots around the car once I arrived at my destination down the road. I usually get higher priced washes but I'm driving back within the week or next week so I want to save that for when I get back home to California. I'm use to drying my own car and though this was one of those places. It really frustrated me. Waste of my valuable time when I could have went somewhere else. Lesson learned.
