Suffice to say, I was extremely pleased with the experience. When leaving Jacksonville, the driver showed up 10 minutes early in a Chevy Suburban and secured my son's car seat while we were gathering our bags. Our trip to the airport was very smooth, and of course, we were dropped off right at the gate, which is very important when you have two large bags, two backpacks, a car seat, a stroller, and a cat carrier. For our trip home from the airport, our driver was early and waiting for us by the time we arrived for our luggage. Even better, there were two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the Suburban, which was wonderful on a 90+ degree day. She drove us home without incident. Both of our drivers were friendly and professional, and the price for an SUV was a better value than any of the other car services I could find. My online inquiry was answered quickly and included a price quote. Kent was there on time, even though our flight was half an hour late, with a clean car and professional attitude. They provided shuttle service to and from one of the parking lots we parked in and I'm telling you their entire staff were amazing. Two guys in particular that I'd like to mention were Paul and Paul. One was on the ground assisting with parking and directions, etc and the other was our driver. I use a portable mobility scooter to get around the grounds area and these guys went out of their way to help is load and unload the scooter, guide us to our parking area and got us safely to and from the drop-off points. I've never seen anything like it at an event like this before. Great demeanor for working on Sunday, friendly, knowledgeable and just made our event that much more enjoyable overall.
