Liza and Alyce are amazing stylists and since they own their business they are able to provide great service instead of having to meet a quota. Just an FYI for newcomers; the eyelash extensions they use are individual Ardell's and they just…read moreglue them on with regular eyelash glue. They say that this can last up to "two weeks" but I will remind anyone that not only are falsies only meant for a single day use and MAYBE stretch to the next day, this is completely unsanitary for your eyes as bacteria can build in the glue. I had mine for just 2 days before I couldn't take it anymore and when I took them off they were gunky and full of eye boogers (you know, those crusties we all get in our eyes when we sleep?). You can't get them wet, and idk how anyone could sleep in these for 2 weeks, that's beyond me. So no, these aren't the eyelash extensions that you are expecting. They are falsies you can put on yourself for 4 dollars at home. With that being said all of the ladies I dealt with were very nice and professional. I'm sure I would return for another service but this is NOT what I expected, not what was promised, and not what anyone should pay for. They should take it off the service list out of courtesy to their customers or do actual eyelash extensions, which yes are quite a bit more expensive, but at least the real deal.

So I tried their top tier artist (90$) and she made my hair much shorter than I wanted. I don't feel like she has the experience with curly hair. From the moment I booked to the big reveal, everything was perfect. Alyson worked her magic, and honestly, I barely recognized myself--I looked **so** dang good. I rode home on my scooter, blasting "I'm Feeling Myself" by Nicki Minaj because, frankly, that's just how fabulous I felt. If you're thinking about Dame Salon, stop thinking and just go. The staff is kind, professional, and super attentive. Alyson was amazing--she made sure every edge was crisp, and I was fresh as ever. A lot of salons seem to put less care into men's cuts, but not Alyson. She nailed it, and I can't wait to go back for my next cut!
