She also did not cut my massage time short as I would have fully expected and understood. I pointed out that they overcharged me which they stated they charge a 5% transaction fee. I was never informed of a transaction fee prior to having my card charged. Also, 5% of 70 is 3.5.

I thought this was all normal. Lately, during my fills, I have felt pain when she is replacing old lashes with new ones. I went to see someone else who took close-up pictures of the work done at the Day Spa. Up to 3 lashes were attached to my real lashes and my real lashes were badly damaged. This explains the pulling feeling I felt and the pain I felt when she pulled off old ones. When I called the Day Spa to report this they tried telling me that this is how fans are done. Not true! Lashes should go on one single lash when applied. Lashes should not be uncomfortable or hurt at all. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Although the first time, the girl had to call someone else over to show her how to do it (around 65, if I remember correctly). So I tried their top tier artist (90$) and she made my hair much shorter than I wanted. I don't feel like she has the experience with curly hair. It's obvious they don't have a curly hair specialist here. It's a great place for a basic cut on straight hair. They give great massages included with your cut and the ambience is nice.
