I asked a simple question about my remaining membership credits (my monthly membership cost $299) and was met with a shocking level of rudeness and condescension. She repeatedly talked over me, was dismissive, and came across as outright argumentative instead of helpful. It felt hostile and completely unnecessary for such a basic inquiry. My inquiry was not resolved (how could it be when she was so focused on being contentious) This is not how a manager should treat customers-especially paying members. Really disappointing. Def should have just gave Jaffy a raise instead of replacing him.

I was disappointed to be told by the doctor that they really don't offer consultations, even though their own website offered that option. So it was a very rushed, very uninformed decision what service to choose. The doctor said she read my forms but didn't explain what the options or prices were that she suggested until I pressed the issue. Overall, the nurse was great and very gentle, but I don't think I'll go back in light of my experience with the doctor. I do not think it was the best service for me, did nothing to improve how I was feeling. In fact, I had an increase in POTS symptoms because the fluids were pushed too quickly. Something that should have been discussed during the consultation that never happened. So maybe if you're familiar with exactly what you need, this place could be fine.
