I called to clarify my membership benefit, the esthetician who answered was unable to help me and I got a call back 6 hours later by "Cherish" - I was met with an extremely unprofessional experience with Cherish, the manager at Restore Hyper Wellness. I asked a simple question about my remaining membership credits (my monthly membership cost $299) and was met with a shocking level of rudeness and condescension. She repeatedly talked over me, was dismissive, and came across as outright argumentative instead of helpful. It felt hostile and completely unnecessary for such a basic inquiry. My inquiry was not resolved (how could it be when she was so focused on being contentious) This is not how a manager should treat customers-especially paying members. Really disappointing. Def should have just gave Jaffy a raise instead of replacing him. read more

IV Experience: 5 stars | Facial Experience: 2 stars I came to Restore struggling with fatigue, brain fog, and skin issues, and my IV experience has been nothing short of amazing. The front desk staff, the manager, Cherish, and my nurse were warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about their work. I became a member after my very first visit. Unfortunately, my facial experience brought my rating down significantly. I booked the 60-minute Premium Hydrofacial ($200), but the actual treatment felt like 20-25 minutes on the table. I have experience working in the skincare industry and have extensive experience receiving treatments as a client. I know that at this price point, the service needs to feel worth it. I was a bit disappointed. When I mentioned it felt rushed, my esthetician admitted she thought I was booked for the 30-minute Signature by mistake, but even after the charge was adjusted, I felt the treatment was hurried and didn't reflect the value. If you're coming for IV therapy, I can't recommend Restore enough. For facials, I'd proceed with caution. I'll keep my membership for the IV sessions, but I am not sure I will be returning for a hydrafacial. read more

Tried out the compression therapy, wouldn't say it was the best. It would be more worth it if the retail price was cheaper, $55 for the compression is entirely too much. I've been coming here for about 18 months and it's a cornerstone of my health regime. As for the location and staff - they're all amazing. So helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I started coming for Cryo as I have chronic back pain and I can't say enough about how much it helps. In the beginning there were days when I couldn't put my own shoes on and after a session the pain relief and reduction in inflammation was so significant it was astonishing. I started adding red light therapy then IV to my regular routine. I've never felt better in my life making this part of my regular health practice. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this place and would not recommend it to anyone. When they first opened, I purchased a package and tried their compression treatments, while my daughter had a facial. The compression treatment itself wasn't great--the worker left the room while it was compressing, leaving me uncomfortable and unattended. At the time, they were very communicative, reaching out regularly. However, after a while, I stopped hearing from them completely. Recently, I stopped in to check how many sessions I had left, and they couldn't even find my name in their system. The girl at the counter acted as if I was confused, which was very condescending. I suggested they check my daughter's account since she also had a treatment there, and then they claimed my file was under my daughter's account--even though she's a minor. The confusion didn't stop there. They finally found my file under my maiden name, which made no sense since I've been married for 25 years. Then I was told that my ten prepaid sessions had expired last year. I was never informed of any expiration policy when I purchased the package, and during the grand opening, they even claimed the sessions wouldn't expire. The staff was incredibly rude and unapologetic. Instead of offering any solutions, the girl at the counter was dismissive and acted as if it was my fault. I essentially paid for ten treatments and got nothing for it. This place feels like a complete scam, with unhelpful staff and shady business practices. Buyer beware--don't waste your money here. You'll get nothing but frustration and poor customer service. I will never be returning. read more

Im leaving this review because I feel like people should be aware , especially the owners . A place like this should really focus on excellent customer service . -1 from my first encounter . The head nurse Alyssa was not as attentive as she could have been . Checking her phone and just seemed really distracted as she is trying to consult with me on which shots and iv I should receive . She said she had a long weekend due to her wedding so I let her pass . I wanted to get a IV that day and I would have liked a full bag but she told me I couldn't because she had to off at 6 . Okay cool , I would have gotten half a bag but I didn't want to feel rushed with having a needle out in me . I wasn't at ease from this experience. This was the reason why I booked a appointment at Fair oaks . I only came back on the grand opening because of the specials . Other than that I would have not came back for Alyssa . Sometimes you think other humans are decent . Alyssa really wasn't so I'll leave that there . -3 For Friday , September 9 . I was soooo excited to come since I've had this booked a week out . April who was first working on me had a attitude and was irritated for me asking questions. It's 11am ... it hasn't even been a full day , so to say she was extremely busy .... Anyways as I asked her questions I felt like she was hostile and I wanted to get up and leave . I was upset at myself for a few days that I didn't reschedule and go somewhere else . The only reason why I stayed was because there were other people in the room and I didn't want to cause a scene . It was very uncomfortable and then I allowed April to give me the IV where she missed my vein . Now I am bruised . No one in my life has ever missed . I'm 27 and received many IVs and shots. Anyways I spoke to the manager and he seemed friendly. He eventually offered a free 10 min cryo . That's okay . Based off how my experience, I feel violated . Alyssa the head nurse may have had it out for me for God knows what . I felt like she knew April would miss on me and she sent her to me anyways , after I explained to her my anxiety around needles . It felt very personal with her and I would NEVER recommend anyone to Alyssa or April . It's like being in a vulnerable position having someone inject you with something and you feel like there's a problem. I actually purchased a membership at Fair oaks because of my first interaction and then at Fair oaks it was the best experience in my life . I felt completely safe there . This isn't like your normal Business or service is offered and then they constantly give you sales pitches. They genuinely care about your wellness, and if you ask, they will encourage you to be accountable for your goals. Honestly, I don't think they've ever given me a sales pitch now that I think about it. If they have, it definitely went over my head and I used to be in sales. I do have a membership, but they offer super good deals that I definitely take advantage of. Also, I have to mention their esthetician is absolutely fantastic. Just had a hydro facial, my face has never felt so clean. It is a cool facial as it sucks out deep down dirt then does a deep hydration. My face is silky and smooth and wrinkles even seem a little less. Would definitely recommend this place, very nice people too! read more

I have never tried cryotherapy before so I was a little apprehensive to try it out, but from the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed. I came in today on a (Sunday afternoon) and the place was packed,Trinity was so friendly and accommodating to everyone that was in there.That girl can multitask!! I decided to do the special they were running which consisted of compression therapy, cryotherapy,and red light therapy. By the time I was finished with my compression therapy I had heard multiple people compliment Trinity and her positive energy/attitude. I normally don't write reviews but I had to acknowledge Trinity and how comfortable she made me feel from the moment I walked through the door. The facility itself is beautiful with top-notch equipment . I decided afterwards to sign up for a package of 10 cryo- sessions- and I truly hope the staff makes some sort of commission because she deserves it! Never once did I feel uncomfortable or pushed into buying anything and that's a huge plus for me! Once my 10 sessions are up I will sign up for a membership.
