Wow! Luxe truly exceeded our expectations. We recently moved from New York City and have been trying to make updates to our recently purchased home. It's very hard to find trustworthy people in a new city and especially in the middle of a pandemic. When living in the city, we always relied on cleaning services as we are very busy professionals and love to enjoy the weekends. We knew that when moving to Florida, we'd need a company that's reliable, punctual, honest, and does an exceptional job. That's LUXE! We even needed them at the last minute one day that they were closed and they actually went out of their way to come to our home and do a cleaning after it was painted. From start to finish, a wonderful experience with this team! From the initial phone call to the completed job at 9pm at night, perfection! And yes, that says 9pm....not their norm but they lost a person during the day to illness, yet never said a word about not accommodating our appointment. I was so appreciative of this. This was a commercial job, an office move in for us the next day and the place was unusually filthy. They did a great job for a fair price. When Jeremiah came out for the estimate, he took his time and really looked over the place, asking a lot of questions about what was needed specifically and what was not. Wasn't rushed in the least not knowing if they would land the job. You definitely get the impression they love what they do. I can't say enough good things about LUXE Cleaning Services. My nephew's renter left his home in such a horrible state that it required a professional to get the job done! It required face masks and special cleaners! They arrived on time, then contacted me right away to let me know it was worse than we thought. We agreed on the change to the service which took 2 people a full day to bring the shine back! My nephew is happy with their work and I'm happy I didn't have to get my hands dirty. In April 2023 we contracted with LUXE to provide weekly cleaning service for our office and breakrooms. Jeremiah came to look over the job in advance and provided a quote. They were able to schedule cleaning outside of our business hours to avoid disrupting our work flow. They are flexible to add special cleaning requests and, depending on the scope of work, do not charge an additional fee. We are very happy with the results and their professionalism. read more

My condo was in need of a thorough cleaning as, to be honest, I'm not very good at it. These people are. My plan was to get the place cleaned and then hire someone else to clean the tile and grout. I didn't need to do that as the tile and grout also looked great when they were done. I'm only giving them a five star review because there is no option for a six star review. These people cleaned up a hopeless mess in my apt after I had been hospitalized for a bad fall making that mess and charged me less than half of what I expected to pay. They turned my mattress, saved a chest of drawers and took lots of furniture and cluttering boxes to the dumpster as well as making my place super clean. Would recommend them to anybody! read more

The Luxe crew were life savers! I needed a deep clean on a rental property that a tenant left filthy.
