In fact, everyone who works there, are professional and pleasant. You are always greeted warmly by all the receptionists. I'm fortunate to have two great Dentist's, Dr Amer and Dr. Michael. Both of them are what I would call "State of the Art Dentist's". That's what you want when you have to go to the Dentist. That being said, Aspen Dental also gets a one star for a different reason. From there we tried another dentist. After a cleaning I came in for a cavity about 2 weeks later. The dentist said I needed a cleaning after he did one 14 days ago. Are you kidding? I am big on oral hygiene, and a cleaning is a bi-annual event. Boy do we miss our old retired Dr. Osborne, he was the best. We are still searching for a good dentist.
