Shor and Trufolo will not allow my records to transfer to Dr Liz. They are staying that they have a business agreement in place and I cannot transfer to another practice. In essence they are holding my records hostage which in turn requires me to see Shor and Trufolo whom I have no interest in seeing. The office manager has stated I am required to see Shor or Trufolo for my dental care. They are not at all concerned with my choice, it can only lead to one conclusion: they greedily only want the billing. They don't take the time to know you only threaten you when you want to leave. Be cautious before deciding to use this office.
