Went there for an emergency extraction the day before Christmas…read moreEve and landed me in the worst pain I've ever been in in my life for two straight weeks only after seeing two other dentist (one on an emergency basis for the pain while I was down in Virginia visiting my daughter)did I finally find an oral surgeon to help me and I am finally feeling better. This doctor left me with dry socket and when I called on the phone and then went in a couple of days later he dismissed me and made me feel like I was being a baby from the pain from the extraction. It has now cost me over $600 to fix this problem and get out of this pain and begin to heal. The office is chaos and multiple personnel were coming in and out of the room asking him questions about scheduling while he was ripping out my tooth. I was also given a bone graft which from what I'm told is not even there. Paid this dentist $1200 to be in the worst pain of my life. And yes I followed all of the post extraction instructions. Also I have both called and messaged this office in the aftermath of all of this and nobody has gotten back to me. Just awful.

I really wish I went to small claims court and exposed you for excessive billing and negligence. I went to a different dentist who told me that you ripped me off and provided me with a insufficient dental plan. I payed you for dental work that was not done correctly and never worked. Perhaps you like billing your customers when you can't finish or begin a job. Other customers will see this and I hope they think twice about using your dentistry.

I went there for an emergency root canal, which went well, although I had to wait in the chair doing nothing for 45 minutes, before they finally started working on me, consequently making me late for work. Everyone was very nice and apologetic, but that was a bad first impression for me. They pushed the comprehensive dental exam for a later date, which I did get. They found many many issues with my teeth and gums, which really surprised me, as I practice excellent oral hygiene every day. Long story short - I moved to another state not long after this and found a dentist here, who did the exact same exam - all the bite-wing and panoramic x-rays, photos, physical exam, etc., and found only a tiny fraction of what Brielle "found." For example - Brielle told me I needed to get 2 back teeth extracted. I knew of one tooth, given what was going on, but the other tooth they wanted to extract turned out to be perfectly healthy and fine, with absolutely no need to extract, per my current dentist. Brielle also pointed out other work I needed to get done - another example: deep scaling - while the dentist I go to now found no issues whatsoever with my gums. And there were others. Needless to say, I would never to back to them.

Gordon and Miller is no longer Gordon and Miller. It has changed to Main St dental, a corporate run…read moredental office. I was in dental for many years and Gordon and Miller were amazing. Then one day they were out of the office. Nothing was ever mentioned, and a New dentist was there. I stayed because of the Hygienist, Angie, who was wonderful. I was shuffled to different dentists and I noticed a whole new vibe in the office. Then one day I had a toothache, in my experience when someone has a toothache you get them in ASAP. I called the office on Wednesday. They gave me an appointment on Friday even when I told them I was in discomfort. Friday arrives and I get a phone call that the dentist said she didn't have enough time for me on that day and she would see me the following Wednesday when she could devote more time. I was in shock. She could've brought me in taking an x-ray and giving me a prescription. But I was being shuffled again, a person with an infection in pain. I decided I would never go back and plus I found out my Hygienist left also along with other office staff and personnel. The quality of care has totally gone downhill. You don't want an office that's corporate. It becomes all about the dollars not you. I have found a wonderful office in Freehold with a husband and wife who own their practice and care about their patients. The way it should be. Beware of this office.
