After about 10 minutes I called I was told it would be 20 more minutes. After an hour of waiting after the call there, the shop was still closed. No contact was made to update me that my appointment wasn't going to start on time, or that they weren't going to make their 20 minute time frame. After sitting in our car for an hour an 10 minutes we ended up leaving. It's been 5 hours since and I still have had no response after our initial call.

The Brazilian blow-out is more expensive than other hair treatments, but it's certainly worth it. With the heat and humidity my hair becomes absolutely unmanageable. My hair becomes frizzy, and wavy, and difficult to style in summer. The Brazilian blow-out became my savior. I'm so glad I found Holly from Hair and Nails Unlimited. I could be mistaken, but I believe Holly is the only Stylist in Appleton who does Brazilian blow-outs, and she does it the correct way with excellent results. I usually have my blow-out done in the spring. It lasts the entire summer. My hair grows quickly, so I'm usually ready for another blow-out by October or November before the holidays. After receiving my Brazilian blow-out, my hair becomes smooth & shiny and all the frizz is gone. I don't need to use any hair products like sprays or gels, and even my straightening iron becomes optional. Another upside is that my hair dries so much quicker.
