The day of our event, I was notified of the ETA of the bathrooms and they were delivered in the morning for our evening event. All our guests really liked the bathrooms, particularly because they had AC and music. I liked how this particular model was spacious. The cost was fair for what you get, and if I have another event, I would definitely consider ordering these bathrooms again!

The other guests and I had to step in waste in order to relieve ourselves. We couldn't go into the house due to construction, hence why they rented these restrooms in the first place. Things happen sometimes that are out of our control, but the lack of accountability and customer service my cousin experienced with this business is extremely disappointing and disrespectful to be quite honest. My cousin has left a review herself that better explains the situation, so I'll paste that below for your reference as a potential customer. After dealing with several septic companies in the past that took advantage of us, we were relieved to find Rightway. We hired them to replace our old septic tank with a larger one and install two new leach lines. They handled everything -- including scheduling and managing all the required perk tests prior to installation. What truly set them apart was how they went above and beyond to save us money at every opportunity, even when they didn't have to. Amanda (Travis's wife) was fantastic -- always responsive and happy to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process. Travis and his team were honest, thorough, and incredibly efficient. They completed the job quickly and took care of every inspection required to close everything out. Even with our yard full of energetic animals running around during construction, they stayed professional and good-natured the whole time. And not to mention how nice it was of Travis to offer to move the extra dirt from leach lines install to the back of my property for my daughter so we could level out and area for her to ride her horse We would happily use Rightway 100 times over. They are now our go-to company for all septic needs, and if we ever need to install new equipment in the future, Travis and his team will be our first and only call. After Mark broke a hole in the top of my concrete septic tank prior to a what I thought was a…read moresimple tank pumping. I contacted the office to get it repaired. I was told it could not be repaired and to put a concrete stepping stone over the hole in the tank. Rightway took no responsibility for damaging the septic tank nor made an attempt to help me with repairs other than telling me I needed to have them install $1000 raisers Amanda, you need to look closely at your photos. Marked punched the hole in the top of my septic tank not the lid. If he would have hit the lid and it broke it could have been replaced without any issues. I had a good conversation with Travis and feel much better with this company and will use them in the future.

There were three stalls in the trailer, each with running water, flushing toilets and lighted mirror. Each stall even has light on the outside door that turn red when stall is occupied and green if available. Much much better than regular portable toilets! Trailer was clean and fresh upon delivery. Remained so throughout the party, as they had automatic air freshener. Chairs and tables were sturdy. It was super easy making the reservations, the owners are very responsive by text.
