We have been using Patriot Pottys for 3 years for all our projects. We have rented the standard porta potty and the air-conditioned restroom trailers for my daughter's wedding. The air-conditioned restroom trailers are as nice as the bathrooms in my house. The service has always been fantastic and the porta-potties are always spotless! Unfortunately, my family had an extremely negative experience with this business. I was attending my cousin's baby shower where these restrooms started leaking an hour into the event. The other guests and I had to step in waste in order to relieve ourselves. We couldn't go into the house due to construction, hence why they rented these restrooms in the first place. Things happen sometimes that are out of our control, but the lack of accountability and customer service my cousin experienced with this business is extremely disappointing and disrespectful to be quite honest. My cousin has left a review herself that better explains the situation, so I'll paste that below for your reference as a potential customer. Got a quote for a porta pottie. Almost 300 a month. Later they asked if I wanted it I said no and going with another vendor with better price. They then offered to me for $100 a month less. Still higher than their competitors. Seems dishonest and an attempt to rip off unsuspecting customers. Will never do business with a company like this one. read more

It's in fortunate the terrible service I received from this company. first I called and was told different numbers to have a 26ft travel trailer pumped. First someone told me it would be $200 then when I questioned it they come back and say we can do it for 125. Really? Shouldn't there be a standard price? then I called back to have the service done and they do the same thing they...tell me $200 I questioned them once again and they come back and say we can do it for 125. Again, shouldn't there be a standard price? Then when they showed up to pump it, they try to contact me to have it flushed and I didn't answer thinking it was spam, and of course they don't leave a simple message.They ended up only pumping a quarter of it and leaving. So with zero effort, except two calls and no message they leave and charge me $125 for a quarter dump. So moral of the story is...stay by your trailer all day or keep your face in your phone all day so you don't miss the truck and get charge full price for a quarter dump because they will not spend more than two phone calls trying to reach you but are quick to charge you $125 the day prior to the dump. I went online to get a quote from the name company above and it was easy and had an email sent right away. I called two days before my baby shower to pay for the portable restroom and customer service was awesome. The price I paid was affordable and just right for what I needed it. It got delivered a day before my event and called the person who was going to pick it up to know what time. Within minutes after speaking with the person, he came picked up the portable restroom and took it from our front yard. I would recommend this company to family and friends. You really get what you pay for... They are the cheapest portable restroom company we found. My husband initiated conversation and asked that I was added to emails and such. They didn't do it. They missed one week of cleaning, we had to call them to come and do it. Imagine 2 weeks of intense labor and a dirty restroom. Not cool. Every bill cycle they would send an email with the receipt. Husband would forward it to me...I called the first time and a lady told me that all was good. I started just archiving the emails. Last week, I called them to be sure that we were up to date. A female worker told me that we we covered until middle of December. She mentioned that if I had opened the PDF document, I would know that. I felt ashamed to have called before checking my email and apologized to her. A week later, yesterday, I arrived at the site to find that the restroom was gone. It was 4:44. I called them. Voicemail. They close at 4:30. I pressed 5 in case of emergencies. Voicemail. I left a message. I decided to check the email (that my husband had forwarded to me), and it said our contract finished last week on the 11/23/18. Today, I called them around 8:15 am (since they didn't follow up with my emergency call). I explained everything I said above and the assistant was reluctant to hear me and acknowledge that they were in the wrong. He kept telling me that one of the ladies who had previously spoken to me would call me as soon as she arrived. I asked about the toilet being returned . He was happy to start a new order, which would include another delivery fee. I didn't agree with it. Not for the money, but on principles. I asked to put the order on hold, went back to google, found a new company and rented with them. Patriot Portables never again. read more

My wife and I decided to contact Patriot Portable Restrooms when we were scammed by another portable restroom company. To be fair we called them the day before our wedding because thats when we realized that the company that we had originally hired to deliver portable restrooms to our wedding was unresponsive and no where to be found. When we first contacted Patriot Portable Restrooms we were texted right away and the service was AMAZING! We were comforted for the unfortunate situation we were in and told that the manager Chad would contact us right away. They gathered all of our details and were told that it would be provided to Chad and he would be giving us a call to let us know if there were any portable restrooms available. Unfortunately, Chad never called. I understand if there was nothing available, but it would have nice to have gotten a call like we were promised. We rented a single VIP unit from them for our wedding. They were late to drop it off, even after we paid extra for a specific time window. Then the unit broke very early into our wedding reception. The flusher got stuck and let all the water out, so it was worthless and everyone ended up going into my parents house anyways. When we let them know and asked for a refund they said that we should have called them during the event to bring out another one right then. Which is ridiculous. I'm not going to have them change out a porta potti in the middle of my wedding reception, even if I did stop, or my event coordinator did, to call them. One of my tenants woke to a port a potty just upwind and outside her bedroom window. Apparently the apartments next door were having some painting done and they hired this company to deliver a porta potty. The parking lot is huge and they could have positioned the unit is several other locations that would not effect ANY of the tenants on their property or mine. I called the number on the unit and while I began to ask if they could relocate it the rude person on the line cut me off an asked if I was complaining because the unit was dropped off early and woke us up. When he finally let me talk and I asked if they could relocate it he cut me off again and told me it was not heavy and I could move it myself. At this point I began to lose patience and told him I had no intention of going around the block entering someones private property and moving a porta potty that his company is responsible for. He then said there is nothing else to talk about and hung up on me. I finally got in touch with the management company for the apartments and they kindly had it moved. We have been doing business with this company for over 8 years. I don't know if they have changed ownership recently, however the customer service has plummeted to all time lows. They constantly miss the dates to clean the toilets. When you call the office you get the "runaround" continually. The management is apathetic about the issues. I feel sorry for the employees who constantly have to mislead their customers regarding the "whereabouts" of the owner and the manager. I have canceled my service and found a company who actually appreciates my business. We discovered that the water was out on campus at our church this morning- and with it the ability to use toilets. We called Mission Valley Sanitation and they quickly provided 4 porta-johns on a trailer that they made available for pick up immediately. We had called 3-4 other companies before being put in contact with them, and not only were they the only company we called in la that responded, but they were immediate in providing resources. The porta-johns were the nicest and cleanest units I have ever used- much nicer than an airline restroom.
