I was a client here at Calospa Rejuvenation Center in Louisville Ky for 20+years, so on December…read more5th 2023..I decided to have a MORPHEUS8 PROCEDURE..little did I know that this procedure would change my life forever, Ashely Hatfield was the provider that did this procedure on me , she used a needle depth setting of 3mm under my eyelids & my whole face even tho her knowing that this setting was for the butt & thighs..A month later my face was severely damaged in where both sides was caved in..I go back to this facility to explain my situation & they never wanted to admit any wrong doing..I even asked for my medical records and they denied me of them , so I had to get an attorney to get my medical records & then six months later when I received them they were falsified..this facility covered up everything, and they never fired her ..so after knowing I wouldnt go back to this facility..I decided to go to MAY'S Plastic Surgery Center in Louisville Ky, I explained to Dr Chet Mays in what had happened to my face & he infact knew Ashely Hatfield because he worked with her at Calospa before he opened up his own practice..So he decided for me to have rounds of Sculptra to restore my face..So I go back a month later to find out that Dr Mays hired Ashely Hatfield to work for his practice..BOY : if this wasn't a slap in my face..so I'm on this site in letting the would know do not go to these facility's..I was treated like a DOG by both facility's..I just want to say I've paid out over 18,000 in trying to restore my face & I still don't look like myself because of the severe damages & the facial fat loss that Ashley did to me..This procedure has Runied my life & my family in where I don't want to go out in Public & my Kids & Husband has suffered tremendous in the pain I carry..This procedure has Runied me Emotionally and Physically and Mentally..So please to the public if you around this woman and if she has it out for you, she will damage you like she did me..because I've took my before & after photos of morpheus8 and I've shown other plastic surgeons on what she's done to me & they tell me that this was PURE NEGLIGENCE on Ashely Hatfield part..so becareful in who you can trust..
