There were only a few pieces of paper to fill out yet they weren't all there and I had to wait for the chaos of paperwork to be figured out before anything could be started. The website says "the BodyLight™ is used for a total of 15 minutes". I was in the office for at least 55 minutes for my first visit, which I was willing to look past as I understand things can happen. But, I purchased a groupon under the impression that I would have an appointment time and that my session would start within 5 to 10 minutes of that time. I work full time and cannot take more than an hour break during the day, but who can take a longer break than that? I had worked it out just right so that I could be there and back in an hour, no problem. The next day when I am still sitting in the lobby TWENTY minutes after my appointment time the act of making an appointment becomes absolutely pointless. Not only have I wasted that hour that I could of still been working but I wasted gas driving across town to your office. I am beyond disappointed in the unprofessionalism and lack of care your office showed me the last two days. That being said, I think it is a very viable claim for me to not want to waste any more time at The Slim Co. office and want a refund for what I purchased under the assumption I would be dealing with a professional office. DO NOT GO ! Complete waste of time and money.
