I flew in from California, got sprayed by Lauren when I arrived, then decided I needed a fresh glow before heading to Miami for my cruise. Enter Lisa! Lauren was out of town, but Lisa swooped in like the tanning fairy goddess she is. She had literally just gotten home from her own vacation, I don't even think she'd made it home yet, and still squeezed me into her schedule before my long drive. That kind of customer service is impossible to find. Lisa was every bit as amazing as Lauren. My tan is flawless, natural, streak free, and has me looking like I actually spend my life on a yacht instead of surviving airport layovers. She made the whole experience so comfortable and easy. These ladies don't just give incredible spray tans, they genuinely care about their clients. If you're debating where to go, STOP LOOKING. I was told to email about this experience to this address I have been a yearly pass holder for years now and I've never had a negative experience with any staff member. They've all been very wonderful and informative. I've even told management about how great certain people are. I very rude have never once complained. I had brought a friend who has only had a spray tan once in her life, into the Winter Garden location. I showed her how to use there maliblu lotion which I bought at your location which was recommended by your staff- I helped her stand and tips on how to pose and what not to do so she has the best experience. The girl at the checkout was of no help whatsoever. She was rude telling us we should hurry up because they close soon. Your hours say you close at 8:00pm and we got there at 7:00pm. She rolled her eyes and scoffed out loud when we said we thought you closed at 8:00pm. After my tan was done she said the other booth was broken so my friend had to wait for her spray tan until after mine was done. She didn't come in to wipe down anything or clean anything. It was honestly gross. After my friend was done she said very rudely to me in front of numerous other customers "you're not allowed to go into a room together." The was she said this and loudly in front of customers was very expressing and demeaning. I said, "I was just showing her how to pose and where to out her lotion because she's new and I wanted her to get the most out of the experience." She rolled her eyes again and told me other people are waiting . So we left. I asked her what her name was before we left because truly everyone piece ever met has told me their name and helped and given valuable advice and made it such a wonderful experience. My membership doesn't cover what it used to and now I have to pay extra for what was normally covered. I came because I like the spray tan experience and I loved the staff. I did two rapid spray tans with Ashely and was extremely satisfied with the results. She was fantastic.
