Unfortunately, we lost a family member due to Covid and had to leave the state and didn't know when we were going to be able to come back let alone get a massage. I gave a call to see if I could get a refund and Carlos was the most gracious, understanding, and beautiful person I could have gotten ahold of. He was able to accommodate me by refunding the money over the phone and I didn't even have to come in. As soon as I find myself back in the Kissimmee area I will definitely be paying him and Aviles a much needed visit.
