The people at this salon really give you what you want EVERY single time!! I get super short stiletto nails and for some reason, I have never found a place who understood what I really wanted UNTIL NOW!! I have been going there 6 months straight and I have lived in Orange all of my life and have never seen anyone so dedicated to making their customers feel worth their time! My nail tech's name is Van and she is hands down THE BEST I have ever encountered. Their products are top quality and my nails stay on for 3 weeks with no maintenance (and a lot of rough nights as a full time bartender) I recommend this place to everyone who complements my nails!!! Was told to go here but Went in for one thing after almost 2 hours come out paying $45 for something I didn't want. I DID NOT want the dip. The first person started doing my nails got almost all the way done and the acrylic was not hardened. Then another person had to take all the nails off and redo them as a dip which is something I did not want. Nothing was told to me I ask multiple times that I can pick out something else and I was told no. Not happy with how it all went.. the nails are only a few days old And already cracking and breaking. Condescending attitude is a constant from the owner, good customer service was non-existent. Her behavior was inexcusable and unacceptable.

This place is amazing! I moved from NY to Orange and it's the only place that uses new tools and new stone. They are extremely sanitary. Loved my mani pedi all while sipping a lovely glass of wine. I'm definitely going back! read more

I went on my lunch break to get a regular acrylic fill and the cheapest pedicure I asked if they could do both on my 1 hour lunch break they said yes. IT WAS $58! My pedicure lady didnt even ask how I wanted my toes done I did have 2 colors one for accent. The girl started doing my nails so I couldn't see my toes she painted them wrong and barely put lotion on. NO massage what so ever i wasnt allowed to have the chair on they were all Rude. I have had manicures at other places in Orange. I felt like, because I wanted a simple manicure, I was given the least experienced technician (they called the person from the back and it felt like they were rushing to get me out of there because it was getting late). My manicure looked like something I could have done at home. Definitely not worth the price I paid for a professional manicure. I was not impressed and probably won't go back. read more

If I could rate lower I would... I have never received such poor customer service and I have been getting my nails done consecutively for over 3 years. I got dip nails and picked a color that ended up as thin as paper, so I was told to pick another color. After I picked a new one and was asked to go wash my hands I realized that some of my nails were missing color, and I notified the nail tech and she fixed only one after being there for 2 hours. I was over sitting there and did not want the rest fixed so when they were done I decided to point out that some were messed up, but I DID NOT want them fixed. Then the nail tech started to yell at me and tell me I shouldn't have waited. I understand the problem with that but I did not want them fixed. I was also way over charged the base for dip is 38 and I was charged 50 for " long nails" and color change for dipping 10 nails when she only did 5 and it didn't look good at all. I love the owners of this place, but that's just unacceptable to me and won't be going back. read more

I went here recently and got dipped nails and they look terrible. Each nail is a different shape and they are all crooked. The color i picked out was totally different from what it looks like now because they didn't dip the nail into the powder enough. Not to mention they laughed at the job they did, but they were also being rude and talking about me and my friend. Would not recommend at all!!! read more
