This place had terrible service the people were very disrespectful the MSN there refused to fix the nails that he messes up he cut half of my nails off and when I asked for him to fix them he yelled in my face multiple times then he ignored me when I asked for someone else to fix them so all in all not a very good place to come to very unprofessional and flat out rude. read more

Wonderful staff and a very clean environment. An hour later after I got home I noticed one of my toes color had smudged and when I went back they touched it up for free no questions asked. I will be a repeat customer. I would have given them 5 stars but due to it being my first mani-pedi and a language barrier they assumed because I'm male that my fingers needed cut short rather than shaped. My fault really but a little discussion before hand to figure what I really wanted would have earned them the extra star. read more

BIG NO. ! I went there to get my nails done. Needed to remove old ones but the lady on table #7 (Kim) started pulling my nails off instead of soaking them!! She destroyed my natural nails. They were bleeding. I had to tell her to stop and mentioned that I didn't want a full set anymore. She ended up moving me to someone else and she did soak them. never going back. I called and set an appointment the day before my requested appointment time at 9:30am with nancy, which was confirmed by Michael who answered the phone. My appointment time arrives and I am in the nail shop at 9:28, and nancy already had someone in the chair. I had to let nancy know I scheduled an appointment with her and she said okay sit down in the waiting area. I proceeded to say "before you start the walk in appointments nails, I had an appointment." I was ignored until my mother came into the establishment and then it was stated by nancy that "I didn't know she had an appointment when I sat there and was ignored for 30 minutes past my appointment time and nancy continued to do the other customers nails. I will not be back they are rude, unorganized and violate the state boards policies. read more

I have gone to this nail salon twice- both for prom, and this place was highly recomended to me, so on the benefit of the doubt im sure that they do good work most of the time. The first time i went the lady who did my nails- her name escapes me- was sooo rough that my hands were sore the following day. I went with a girlfriend of mine and she actually was bleeding because the technician was so rough. The nails I got had to be sculpted, they had a sparkle in them and werent just glued on plastic, and they came out unevenly done. Was it the fact that they were packed and were trying to do everyone as fast as possible? I will never know, but if i am paying you, you better pay attention to detail. I walked in a couple of weeks ago to get my nails done ((everywhere else was packed)) and as soon as i walked in the HORRIBLE stench of acetone hit me. There has to be laws about ventilation right? She told me there would be a 10 minute wait. At this point I am with no exaggeration woozy and almost passing out from the fumes so I opt out and leave. My mother was with me and walked out as soon as we got there, it really was awful If you are sensitive to smells and fumes- be very weary of Top Nails. If the place is packed- dont expect great service. So all in all since it was recommended, im sure they have some redeeming qualities, but i will NEVER go back to find out. So if you stop by and it doesnt smell to high heavens and its empty- go for it. Write a review and let me know! read more

I asked for what I wanted and I got the colors I wanted the way I wanted it for the best price possible in orange. If you go ask for Nancy she was amazing and I wouldn't want anyone else she takes her time on the acrylics made it perfect and she is amazing five stars! read more

This place was amazing! Michelle gave me a wonderful pedicure (believe me, she had her work cut out for her with me being quarantined for months ‍). The massage lasted longer than any I've had here in SETEX and was all around a great experience. I got a full set put on with French tip ... they look beautiful! I will definitely drive the 35 minutes it took me to get there from here on out! read more

I had gone to this nail salon while passing through town. I walked in with no appointment. Asked for a full set of artificial nails and told the tech that I needed to soak off the nails that were already on. The nail tech asked me did I want to cut my authentic nails because they were just as long as my artificial nails.. I stated that I did not want to. She asked why. I don't think if a client wants a specific service they should receive criticism. (I speak Vietnamese) and was aware that my tech told another tech that walked up that I did not want to cut my nails and she would be a minute (in a rude way). So instead of soaking my nails because she said it would take too long.. She decided that cracking the artificial nails with a cuticle clipper and then literally ripping each nail off of my nails was perfectly OK. My friend asked, "Omg, does it hurt?" I said no that one didn't hurt. The tech then says "Oh, not yet? but it will soon." I didn't know what to do but let her finish. I wasn't aware if I could stop the services at that time. So i asked if she could at least buff my nails and thats it! I ended up with all of my nails sore to touch, my cuticles on each nail were all lifted. (I have never had any cuticle problems after 10 years of getting my nails done) I also have one real one that is almost completely split. (horizontal) and one nail that had been broken my her and needed to be cut. I don't recommend my worst enemy. Oh. I had to also pay $8 which technically I was just in pain the whole time and should not have paid! read more
