BEWARE!!!! Robbery alert!!‼ This business charge $30 for a single design. All I did was having frame around the edges of my tips of my nails and they charged me $30. The entire set should've been 65. They did not even ask me if it was OK or else I would've said no I was expecting $15 max.:.. not good. The tech a decent job on the Nails. Absolutely atrocious pedicure experience. The whole point of a pedicure is proper scrubbing and care, and I literally had to ask--and even show--where to scrub. The technician had an attitude the entire time, and the paint job was sloppy, leaving polish all over the sides of my skin. In all my years of getting pedicures, this was by far the worst. Prices are ridiculously high for such poor service. No one even bothered to ask if I was satisfied--they clearly don't care about customer experience. Thankfully, there are plenty of other nail salons out there with better prices and much better service. I definitely won't be returning. read more

Very pleasant experience getting my nails done on a Friday afternoon. I'm not much of a talker, and I really appreciate not being forced to do small talk. I just want to be able to turn my brain off and just relax. I was greeted right as soon as I walked through the door, and I had a nail technician working on my nails within a minute. I had gel on, which she took off easily and just gave me what I wanted without any upselling or selling other services, which I really appreciate. I just wanted a regular mani with a regular nail polish so I can take it off with acetone by myself some time next week. She was very careful with each process and made sure the nails looked good and stayed that way. I hope I get her again when I come back in a month or so. She did probably one of the best manicures I've ever had. Too bad I didn't get her name, but she's a mature lady who was wearing a flowery black top today. Price listed on pedicure menu for regular pedicure was $20 but when it was time to pay my total was $37. They mentioned at the end that a regular pedicure has gone up to $32 and they charge $5 for gel removal. Overall clean facility and my toes came out good so can't complain too much. I've been to this place a few times. It's not my favorite but I couldn't get in at my usual salon. This was my last time!! What a nightmare!!! This is the most unorganized, non relaxing nail salon ever. I arrived shortly before they opened and I was told to take a seat even though there were two workers just standIng around doing nothing. I waited about 10 minutes and they took me to the pedicure chair. I soaked for about another 10 minutes and someone started taking off my polish. Then someone else who was running late, apparently came in and was going to finish the job. I had my eyes closed trying to relax and the staff kept taking and yelling to each other. Then another worker sat down in the chair besides me and kept talking to me even though I had my eyes closed. The pedicure was actually good; Nice massage, which is what I needed. She polIshed my toes and left me helpless in the chair to dry. Again, another 15 minutes. I Didn't have my shoes on, couldn't lift the arm of thchair. I felt held held hostage! She was in the back on her phone and never checked on me. Finally, I said something to some one walking by who helped me get out!! Finally free!!! Never ever will I return!! read more

Another s***y nail salon. Nexgen is a mess, not filed well, top coat gunky and not shiny at all. Every other time I've had nails done they always put a gel coat on top of nexgen, this place wanted to charge me extra for that, I declined because I knew I would be elsewhere in a few days getting these redone. I did not want square nails and also was told if I wanted them more pointy I was going to have to pay extra??? So apparently they want 50$ to do nexgen and if you don't agree to the up charges they do quick shabby work and get you gone. 40$ wasted. read more

I have been here 3 times and this place "gets" it! I have had a gel mani/ regular pedi and regular mani/pedi. Both have exceeded my expectations. Though only one person works on you; they do great on both services. I didn't get the lady's name that did my nails, but she has been my tech every time I go in. The previous owners of this salon were absolutely amazing, about 3 weeks ago a different owner took over and everything is HORRIBLE. I always get the dip powder and it usually lasts me two weeks, from this salon it chipped on the third day and they shave your nails down so far that when the polish breaks so does your nail. I will NEVER go back here. Also- they're closed on Sunday's regardless of what the sign on the door says. Save your money and go elsewhere. If anyone knows where the FORMER owners of this salon work now please tell me- they were amazing, but the new ownership and staff is completely insatiable. read more

Absolute worst nexgen job and worst pedicure. My toes look a mess! They have nail polish all on the sides and looks horrible. My nexgen was super think and no messy not at all even and darker in some spots than others. Horrible. read more

I came here after seeing the yelp reviews however allover the plaza it claims to be their "grand opening". I suppose that is why my experience is nothing like the reviews you read on here. I called 9am Saturday morning and they were able to squeeze me in for 10. I was on time and started pedicure. During the pedicure it was ok, but later that day my feet didn't look like I had just gotten a pedicure and it's not like I walk barefoot all day. While drying my fingers the technician walked around and kept glancing. After the 3rd time I said "do you think I'm dry" he said ya you can go. He had me pay before doing fingers so I left. Before even getting to the car I realized my nails were in fact NOT DRY. They looked a mess by the time I got home (literally a mile). I won't be returning but maybe for their regulars they treat them well. I don't know honestly my experience was so opposite of the reviews that I read. Super disappointed. read more

They meant well. Very nice and clean, but they tore up my cuticles doing nexgen. Literally, cut me up and I was sore for two days. The pedicure looked great, but chipped off along with my nail very quickly. I would give them another try, and if it was an option a 3.5 star because they really were very pleasant. read more

I recently moved to Boynton Beach from Texas. For the past 8 months, I have tried numerous nail salons. Today, at KNT, I found THE ONE. Lynn did my pedicure. She was very thorough. I have issues with ingrown toenails. She was able to trim them without causing pain. Mai (pronounced My) did my Nexgen manicure. Best I've ever had. This will now be my go to nail salon. Can't say enough about the service!!! read more

I made an appointment for my sister and I 2 days in advance. We were on time for our 1:30 appt. There were no chairs to sit and wait so I stood up until 1:45 until they sat us in a pedicure chair. I swear it was 100 degrees in there. We waited for another 15 minutes with no one addressing us or letting us know how much longer the wait would be. We eventually just walked out, and the lady in the first chair (manager?) looked at us and completely ignored us as we walked out. 10 minutes later she called me on my cell phone (the # I gave to book the appt), and asked me to come back for a free pedicure. This salon is clean and new. I had a mani/pedi with Sam. He did an excellent job. They line the pedicure tubs with plastic, use fresh implements for every client, and give you the emery board and nail buffer to take home. No pressure to up sell their services and they were having a Grand Opening Special discount. It is not the least expensive in the area by only a few dollars, but by far, it is the nicest! I was a walk-in and only waited a few minutes. Definitely recommend and will be going back! read more

Had a very pleasant experience today despite leaving it so close to the holidays for a gel mani/pedi and eyebrow wax. My technician was very sweet, did a thorough job and didn't even flinch or seem bothered when I asked about intricate nail designs. They were so busy but as accommodating as possible. I came here after being fed up with my local nail joint. This is very close to my boyfriends house so I decided to give it a shot. The woman who helped me with my nails was friendly and very thorough. My nails looks great and I'm getting tons of compliments already. Wish they took American Express, but besides that I have no complaints at all. Also they are very reasonably priced, I got my acrylics filled in and the shape changed for twenty dollars, which in comparison to the place I'm coming from is INCREDIBLE. I specifically asked again if they had the **dark navy blue cat-eye color with gold**, as well as the **chrome/cat-eye gold color for my pedicure**, because I did not want to arrive and be told they didn't have the colors or design--as unfortunately happened to my daughter at another appointment. The owner assured me everything was available and told me the service would take approximately **2 1/2 hours** for the manicure and pedicure. Based on that confirmation, I made the appointment and came prepared for the exact service we discussed. Unfortunately, when I arrived, **the owner was not there and apparently had not properly communicated my appointment, design, or requested colors to the staff**. There was also a significant language barrier, and no one initially understood exactly what I had discussed with him. I spent approximately **15 minutes with Celine trying to figure out together what I had requested**. I want to be very clear that **Celine was patient, kind, and did her best to help me**, and I appreciate her effort. My concern is not with her. My concern is with the **lack of communication and professionalism from the owner/management**. I don't come to a professional nail salon expecting a $10 eyebrow appointment. My services totaled **$227.55 including tip**, so I expect the communication and preparation to match the level of service and money being spent. It took a little driving around to figure out how to enter the parking lot and parking spaces are a bit tight. After realizing my mistake, I logged onto their website through Yelp to check the booking process. I was relieved to find the booking platform was user-friendly, which allowed me to quickly book the first available appointment (Regular pedicure with French) they had for the afternoon (12:45 PM). Shortly after booking, I did receive a text message confirmation of my appointment. I decided to find somewhere to grab a bite to eat before returning for my appointment time. When I returned I was quickly checked in by their receptionist and brought back to the pedicure chairs. I was greeted nicely but the pedicurist didn't introduce herself so I can't confirm her name, but online it said my appointment was with Lissa. There was one client leaving when I arrived and another getting a manicure. The salon is very spacious and clean. A very strong citrus scent fills the building. Very light spa music played in the background throughout my visit. The TV plays videos of various island resort beaches. The gel polish removal process was very natural. No drill was used. From there she proceeded with my pedicure which was ok. She was very gentle in handling my feet and legs. I was a bit disappointed at the cold pedicure water and there were no jets or bubbles but maybe that's included with the higher priced pedicure options. This salon is DEAD SILENT lol like you can hear a pin drop in here. Very different than what I am use to. Lissa did a good job of cleaning the nail beds and achieving my desired length and shape. The outcome of the French was also just ok. I personally didn't really care for how thin the French on my big toes were but all other nails came out flawless. Their pedicure chairs are some of the most comfortable I've experienced. The massage is gentle and doesn't violently knead your back while the chairs themselves hug you like a glove. I don't know if I would return but I would definitely recommend to anyone who lives close by. Especially anyone very big on natural nail restoration. My total was $56.65 not including tip. My itemized bill was conveniently emailed to me within minutes of checking out.

Great experience! Recently taken over by new management, and you can definitely tell with all the recent updates and fresh feel. They now offer a full collection of coordinating colors for both regular gel and dip, which is awesome. The staff was super friendly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. A few days before my appointment, I contacted the owner directly to make sure they could do the **specific nail design and colors I wanted**. I sent him pictures of the design, and he confirmed that they could do it. I specifically asked again if they had the **dark navy blue cat-eye color with gold**, as well as the **chrome/cat-eye gold color for my pedicure**, because I did not want to arrive and be told they didn't have the colors or design--as unfortunately happened to my daughter at another appointment. The owner assured me everything was available and told me the service would take approximately **2 1/2 hours** for the manicure and pedicure. Based on that confirmation, I made the appointment and came prepared for the exact service we discussed. Unfortunately, when I arrived, **the owner was not there and apparently had not properly communicated my appointment, design, or requested colors to the staff**. There was also a significant language barrier, and no one initially understood exactly what I had discussed with him. I spent approximately **15 minutes with Celine trying to figure out together what I had requested**. I want to be very clear that **Celine was patient, kind, and did her best to help me**, and I appreciate her effort. My concern is not with her. My concern is with the **lack of communication and professionalism from the owner/management**. I don't come to a professional nail salon expecting a $10 eyebrow appointment. My services totaled **$227.55 including tip**, so I expect the communication and preparation to match the level of service and money being spent. If a customer sends pictures, confirms specific colors and designs in advance, and receives confirmation that the salon can provide them, that information should be communicated to the technician before the customer arrives. I am not someone who likes to negotiate over prices, and I am happy to pay for quality work. What I expect in return is **professionalism, preparation, good communication, and respect for my time**. Celine deserves recognition for being patient and trying to make the experience work. However, the way my appointment was handled by management was disappointing and could have been completely avoided with better communication.
