ZERO stars!!!!! What a complete nightmare!!! I don't think the person performing my pedicure was licensed by the state of Florida. He filed all nails all different length's and hacked my little toe and I complained about it because it looked like it was bleeding and hurt very badly. They handled the situation awfully. They asked if I had injured the toe numerous times to avoid discussing what had occurred. Oh, The entire bottom of the chair was leaking on the floor and there was no water in the tub. Again....excuse upon excuse. I ended up being so upset that I walked out...well before they had to wipe down my wet sandals. I went yesterday with my sister for a pedicure for the first time. First- my chair was leaking water.second- she cut my toe. Then the guy doing my sister's pedicure cut off half of her pinky toe nail. I asked to speak to the manager, his name was Neil. I wanted to fill out a workman's comp report. He didn't want to comply. We walked out because there was no concern on the salon's behalf. They had no regard for the safety of their customers! I would not go here if you want to keep your toenails. read more

As a new comer to the Boynton Beach area, I've been shopping around for new everything. Today was an attempt to find a new nail salon and boy do I wish I choose differently. I was a walk in and was greeted at the door. I was immediately seated for my pedicure and was introduced to my tech. Immediately I knew this was going to go wrong. The pedicure was mediocre at best. Although he did a decent job with the polish. It being a week before thanksgiving, I had a specific design in mind for my manicure. I showed a picture and asked if he could do it before he started. I was guaranteed a yes. The manicure was ok. My problem started as soon as he started polishing. I tried to explain but his English was limited. Another nail tech came over and explained what was needed. He still did not do it. The pictures I uploaded are of the base coat. The first picture is of the design I wanted. Do you see how sloppy and uneven it is? The polish doesn't even extend to the tip of my nail. As soon as I saw this, I asked for the top coat so this can be over. Now for the kicker. The same tech who came over to explain what I wanted took my payment. She asked if I wanted her partner to "fix" my manicure as she saw I didn't get what I wanted. By then I was over it. I said no thanks, just the check please. She continued on explaining that next time I should make an appointment. How he (referring to my nail tech) doesn't know much. I looked at her, confused. Why would a business have someone who is inexperienced or "don't know much" assist a customer who is paying for a service? I was so baffled. I tipped my tech and left. Never ever again. read more

Gorgeous establishment! Moved to the area and decided to check it out. Nail tech was very sweet and gave a great hand massage but as my friend would say "they are good from far but far from good." Right at the end she cut me up pretty good with the file, there are air bubbles on 2 nails but I only posted the pinky, and my biggest peeve, multiple nails are fully painted as the sides are barely painted. Might give it another try for how nice the facility was but overall I wasn't completely satisfied with my trip. read more

This is a new place in the are, I've driven many times but I was extremely hesitant but I'm happy I made it in. Moved our appointments 20 minutes before hand with no call or notice other than an email I was lucky enough to see (said they had the wrong number on file) owner / manager was super rude and said she was " blocking me " from coming in because I've cancelled too many times? Yet they charge for same day cancellations which I have no problem paying if I do cancel last minute (life happens) Meanwhile they are always empty and I over tip my provider and have brought several people with me over the last year or so. There are too many nicer nail salons in the area to waste your money on poor customer service. read more

Absolute worst experience I have ever had. Terrible nail shape and the tech wiped the color off 3x before redoing them. Then the front desk woman humiliated me and told me that I did not order the correct nail procedures after the tech messed up my nails. My technician, Lynn, was very helpful and patient and helped me figure out what I thought I wanted vs. what I was really trying to get at. The staff was all very nice and I was offered water and wine during my time there. The salon is clean and bright and has a great selection of colors with technicians capable of doing some really nifty designs (I mean, they had dried flowers in the mix, which I will absolutely try one day). terrible experience... $74 for a regular gel manicure which is $37 on their service list, all just for builder gel on two nails and removal of regular gel polish. Insanity. On top of that the front desk girl was extremely rude! This afternoon 8/17/2022, my mother with collapse spine scoliosis took her mom, my grandmother who just turned 95 years old, who has a walker and oxygen to "Wellness nail spa" in boynton beach near home depot. This is not an easy feat for either of them! But an attempt to do something special for my grandmother for her birthday, because what do you give a 95 yr old woman who has everything? You PAMPER HER! She gets to go out and gets to feel pretty and special. Well that is NOT what she got!!!!  The word RUDE can not adequately cover what they experienced! It was obvious from the start they were not interested in doing her. A GOOD paying customer!! Instead of helping her choose a color they told her to do it. Well accidents happen and being old my grandmother dropped the polish. They YELLED at my mom why she let her touch the polish, IN FRONT OF MY GRANDMA!  She is old, NOT senile! Dont assume and talk 3rd person in front of anyone!! My mom offered to pay for the polish. They know this is wrong, obviously disgruntled and exasperated about it said no. When asked to do a mani/pedi they refused to do a pedicure for my grandma. Saying she needs a podiatrist. And they were not nice about that either. The tone and speech was embarrassing to my grandmother! Made her feel bad! Refussing like she has leprosy! You will be old one day! And you shall reap what you sow! First!  I am a licensed tech, i have seen BAD nails! I assure you her nails are not this! Maybe slightly thickened by age but clean!  not so bad you cant file trim and buff smooth. Go through the motions and get pd!  They DID NOT HAVE TO EMBARRASS HER!  THEY COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING! You soak and do what you can, massage her and be nice. Have conversation and be pleasant!  Polish the nails and proceed to a manicure and get paid and tipped 20%!!! You NEVER YELL at client NOR make them feel bad! As well as  let them leave  discouraged and unhappy with nothing!! After all the trouble they went through to just get there!! Angry doesn't describe how disgusted i am with this salon!! I went into this establishment yesterday for a fill-in and a nail repair with french tips. The nail tech decided to use pink acrylic and also changed my nail shape without my approval from oval to almond because in her words "almond is sexier." My nails also have black specks in them from the acrylic that was used. Although I wasn't happy with my nails, I let her complete them and I left. Less than 24 hours later 2 of my nails cracked and one of them completely came off. I decided to return again today. I walked in and explained what happened to the gentleman at the front desk. While explaining my concerns to him I was rudely interrupted by a woman who's said to be the owner. She took one look at my nails and said " you came in like that so it's not our fault, we can't help you! She was very rude, loud and wouldn't let me speak. A customer noticed the woman yelling at me and asked me what happened. While I was explaining what happened the owner decided to interrupt us and said " do not speak to or bother my customers" I politely asked her to stop yelling at me and she proceeded to tell me to get out. The employees noticed her behavior and asked me to ignore her. The employees also offered to fix my nails but after being humiliated by the owner, I no longer wanted to be in the establishment and I left. I am appalled by the entire incident. Not terrible but not great. First Lady cut my nail (I still had dip on from previous set so they were kind of thick) she cut my nail so short you couldn't save the length. These are my real nails. I asked to soak first and she went straight in with the nail clippers. After she cut my pinky so short I said "this is my real nail I don't want them that short. Can we soak them first and then cut?" She still clipped the tips of all my nails before soaking. I decided to just have the next lady cut them down after they soaked. My nails aren't very strong without the dip so that wasn't a huge deal but I did want to keep some kind of length if I could. She didn't realize but she filed my thumb nail on a diagonal... I just wanted to leave at that point so I didn't say anything. When I was getting my toes done I asked if that was the color I chose because it didn't look like it. She said yes 2 coats. I took a picture of the color so I wouldn't forget. Yes it was the number, but the color was not correct. Seems like the label is wrong and the number I chose was really for the color next to it. I am only giving one star because my toes look nice but my nails were very thin they broke in less than a week and they said they aren't going to do anything about it and I'd have to pay for a new set. Which is ridiculous because if the nails were done properly I wouldn't be in this position. They are cracked and have lines showing that they are about to break off. The lady owner at the front desk is so rude and nasty. My husband and I came in for pedicures. There is only one lady available, they started my husband first. Then I asked how long do I have to wait , I was told half an hour . I said fine , but I like to soak my feet in the hot water while I am waiting. The owner said no, it is not good to soak feet in the hot water for half an hour, I said I like the hot water and I soak my feet in hot water at home all the time there is no problem. Then she said leave and go to another nail place. I was so shocked by what she said , can't believe how rude and nasty she is. My husband's mail is being done so I can't leave . We will never come to this place again, the owner is not treating customers right. read more
