My nails were not powder. I found a very close color match. He sounded irritated that I came in because he wanted to go home early. After starting my nails, he did not compare length of my other nails, and when I went to mention the different in length, he insisted they were correct. (Picture to show how the nail he did was longer) he did not have me wash my hands before painting, he barely filed my nails so they are lumpy. He only added one coat of paint and so it looks off in places. I stressed the importance of these nails and he didn't seem to care. I will never return.

My 17 year old daughter had tried them out previously and came home and told me what an amazing job they did. She is a bit of a nail snob and is very particular about where she gets her nails done.
