I have been going to this place for years. The last couple of times my nails have not last for 2 weeks. I went back 9 days after for 1 nail and they fixed it. It was two days later it was peeling back off. I drove back after 15 days from service with 4 nails with absolutely no powder. I called first and asked could they just redo for a discount they said yes but when I checked out they only took $5 off. I drove there twice and had 4 nails with no polish. I treated my Mother to a pedicure at this location but felt a negative vibe in the environment. The young lady was hesitant about doing the pedicure on my mother's feet. I requested the $47.00 package for my mother which included a glass of wine. Since my mother does not drink and I am paying for the pedicure service for my DEAF mother, I felt deserving of the glass of wine. I visited different countries and the manager seemed to be rude with comments and stares but at the same time wanted me to pay extra for "gel" polish on my mother's toenails. Unbelievable. Improvements are definitely warranted in Customer Service. First and last time visiting this location. One star review only because the young lady redone the callous removal on Mom's feet. read more

Also called Luxe Nails We arrived at 9:15 am to be the first serviced (my sister is a large female and was trying to avoid the crowd). The hours of operation are 9:30am to 7:30pm but to our surprise they were already opened. This isn't the problem because only one person was being serviced but during this time my sister was seated, to only be ignored and having to wait while they walked right by her speaking in the native language. (NO disrespect towards their culture) We have been here before because of the excellent service but this time so many regrets. read more

Please don't waste your time! The slim lady that is running the place is so RUDE. I've been there twice before today since Autumn left. I get the same exact design just a different color. I was charged $70 for a fill in and toe polish change . Today she wanted me to pay $85. I told no ma'am. I had a picture of my previous sets with the Luxe receipt from my credit card transaction from previous visits. She was like it's wrong . HaHa! lady you tried it, but I will not be paying that . Today was the last time I'll visit this place ! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Please note that I told the man and showed him exactly what I wanted before he started when I picked my color . It's not that I couldn't afford it , it's just that I don't let people get over on me! And they need to clean up ! Clutter is everywhere! read more

Do not go to this nail salon! I promise it is not worth your time or your hard earned money. The employees are nice but the work is subpar. I recently received a basic pedi w/gel that ended up costing $49! For one, after leaving the salon I proceeded to go shopping for the day. I looked down and I found that the nail tech did not polish my pinky toe on my left foot. Then, 4 days later the "gel" polish came off again on my pinky toe and the toe near the pinky one. Fast forward to a week in half the polish is lifting up on my big toe and has come off on another toe. I just end up taking the polish off and going to another nail salon to experience much better results for $14 cheaper. read more

After leaving and noticing how poor of a job he did I walked back in only to them having an attitude because I didn't have time to sit around and let them redo my nails. I've only been here twice. The first time my tech was Autumn. I got a gel manicure and eyebrow wax. She did a great job, one of the best wax and manicures I've had. It lasted well over a month and still looked great when I went to get it taken off. She was also very friendly and made good conversation the whole time I was there. The second time I went I had the complete opposite experience. This time I was just getting a gel manicure. My nail tech was an older guy who didn't speak to me at all, just moved me around. The manicure is the worst I've ever got (I still have it on). I asked for a French manicure. He had to take off the previous black gel polish but he didn't wipe it all off before he started applying the new polish so it has specks of black in it. He also severely over filed my nails which caused the polish to crack and made it really hard for me to not accidentally scratch myself because they're so sharp. He also only used one coat of each polish so it only lasted a week before it started lifting up. This is really unfortunate considering a basic manicure costs $40. If you want to go here, make an appointment with Autumn. But I'm going to go back to a place closer to home that's half the price. read more

Also known as Luxe Nails. The technician here did and excellent job of bringing my calloused feet back to life! I got the "Because you deserve it" pedicure ($39) and really enjoyed it! The space itself is incredibly tired and cramped, but they make it work via the quality of the service. I was offered water and soda and was able to get seated fairly quickly. Even though the age of the establishment makes the place look less clean, I noticed they do use clean and fresh tools for each customer. I'll be back! read more

At front, they have lots of gel, dip, and regular polish options, including the newest colors. But once I got into the seat for a pedicure, I started to notice the place really did not seem clean. There were fingernail clippings all over that I don't know where they came from....Ew! No one was sweeping, and I only saw one technician taking tools out of sealed paper. I really don't think this place could pass a health inspection. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. They definitely don't meet state board expectations. They used a tool that that had used on several other people and only dipped it in water to sanitize. Absolutely horrified by the service. The guy giving the pedicure got up half way through the pedicure and placed a phone call fro about 20 mins. the absolute worst service. read more
