Came here with family to get a pedicure and unfortunately it's my least favorite ever. Although my nail tech was nice, she seemed very inexperienced. The spa part itself was fine, but when it came to shaping and painting my nails, things went left. I have thick nails on my pinky toes and Cindy didn't file them down or smooth them out. Immediately that day they were snagging and catching on my shoes and sheets. I also had a cracked nail that I thought she would either repair or trim. She did neither and just proceed to paint over it, crack and all. What really got me was that I selected a bright green color that needs several coats (or a good technique) to look opaque. She did two streaky coats and attempted to top coat. I had her remove the polish twice and finally paint the large toes with white polish beneath the green so it looked decent. The end result looked tacky, with nail polish flooding my cuticles and appearing very unprofessional overall. I generally do my own nails at home but decided to treat myself. Honestly I would have done a better job. The best part is that after she finally finished painting my nails, she forgot to top coat my nail on my left foot. Also, I was never offered a beverage even though they had a fridge of soda, wine and water. Service here was lacking. I would find another salon if you're in the area. read more

I went to this nail shop about five days ago. I got a manicure and gel nails . It only lasted for like four or five days. I went in there today to show them where my nails was just chipping everywhere and so they said Ok, we can do it over. What color do you want?. I picked my color when they finish. They said it will be $34. I asked the lady what for it didn't even last five days.. I proceeded and asked for the Manager. The woman that was the manager she was so rude and nasty.. I paid the $34. I have been been in this place several times. We as people of color we need to really stop patronizing these people because they don't like us. Their customer service is AWFUL! The staff seem as if they are bothered by the service they signed up to provide.

Everything about my pedicure was awful. The massage chair was painful b/c it's worn out and moved jerky. The man who did my pedicure left my nails jagged and they feel terrible. The worst part was the hygiene at this place is not good. They rinsed the cheese grater they used on my calluses. With only water at the next foot station. They used one of those rotary electric filers that had been used on multiple people before. I don't think they changed the file paper often enough. It doesn't seem that they sanitize any of their instruments anymore. Would not recommend. read more

Disappointed to say the least. The man doing my nails (I wish I could remember his name, he was very nice) filed down my nails too hard with the machine and the skin under my nails bled. He apologized but proceeded to put some sort of glue on it? It burned extremely bad and I'm hoping it won't get infected. Hours later my fingers are burning still. 3 of my nails on each hand have a design that looks nothing like the photo, and some of them have empty spaces not completely coated with polish, the others that just have solid gel polish only have one coat of polish which is obvious :( 3 stars because everybody was very nice! but unfortunately I don't think I would spend money here again. Your nail tech Tom was horrible. This is my second encounter with him and both times were terrible. Keeping it short and to the point, Tom continuously drilled onto my skin which didn't cause any major pain but still hurted enough for me to keep snatching my hand back! He also rushed through polishing my nails, leaving polish and clear gel dried on my skin (which I didn't notice until I got home). I also noticed that my old polish wasn't completely removed because it is still on the sides of my nail. Although my experience wasn't the best this time, I will continue to patronize Oasis because I've had no problems with the other nail techs. Run far away from Tom! read more

I have been going to this nail shop for over 2 years and the past two times I have been their EXTREMELY RUDE!! I paid for a pedi 50$ that didn't even scrub my feet or even paint my toes correctly. Then to get my nails dipped and designed and totally wrong color and when I asked to fixed more money!!! also didnt even do the design I asked for and then when leaving the shop my whole nail came off!!! Went to the nail salon with my mom we got there at 5 o'clock. Their website says that they don't close until 6 o'clock. Their hours were posted outside of their door and it said they don't close until 6 o'clock and they had their OPEN sign on. A lady came up to us and told us that they were closed. I replied to her "your hours say that you don't close until 6" she said nope we're closed. We walked out and about a minute later two more customers walked in and they didn't turn those women away. After going back and forth with her, she finally did it after talking to everyone about it. she said yellow does not look good on you. excuse me I am paying for a service. she was very overbearing. the lady sitting beside me asked me to help her. so I turned. I was taken straight back do no wait time. The gentleman who did mine didn't ask me anything at all, he just started filing my nails. I wanted a gel manicure. I gave him the color choice and he sat there throughout the rest of my manicure speaking with his coworker. So I left there with a VERY SQUARE gel manicure that was uneven and not attractive at all. The nail technician Natalie was very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back there again. She was very aggressive during my nails. When it was time to do my toes she very rudely asked me a question hollering at me therefore I reacted in the same manner. She hops up and the manager completed my toes. Beautiful and newly opened salon. I made an appt to treat myself and take advantage of some of the better pedicure options. I booked a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure. I would not be coming back here. I was rushed to a seat then charged an extra $5 just to take off nail that wasn't stated until AFTER they took it off my toe. Mind you I called and asked all the questions before even coming in. After that I asked for gel nails again since they already charged me to take it off and it would've the same amount. I was visiting my daughter from out of town and was charged $85 overcharged for a pedicure and manicure. I am from Atlanta n we don't get charged that much EVER! I will never go here again! First visit to check them out. I am used to selecting my color first then sit down. The Host said no, you pic your color from their nail Samples. Turns out the samples are all for "gel Nail" color and so all opaque. I wanted shear but of course did'nt get it. The manicure prep was not well done. The little niceties of a hand arm massage were not done at all. On my way out I noticed they did have a small selection of OPI colors I could have chosen from after all! The gel polish on my toes is spotty and I really spent $131 on work I have to go and get redone by someone else. I really hate to leave this review because up until tonight, this has been my favorite nail salon. I went this evening to get a dip manicure. I always get dip on my real nails. Henry started my manicure off on the WRONG foot by trying to remove my dip powder from my nail by peeling it off which of course broke my real nail underneath. He "salvaged" it by gluing it back on..... he proceeded to file the rest of it off after realizing he screwed up. I picked a color and he did my manicure and when he got to filing and shaping my nails, they were all crooked. I REALLY hate being difficult and asking people to fix stuff, but if I'm paying for my nails to be done, I want them to look good. Henry could NOT get my nails straight, and I felt bad because I felt like I was being difficult because I kept having him do them over. He got frustrated and slammed his nail file down and the girl next to him, Natalie, took over and fixed my nails when he just walked out. He came back in and looked at my nails that she was fixing and he said to me "anyone else can do your nails from now on, but not me, don't ask for me" and he walked off. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect at this nail salon. This has always been my favorite place to go. Natalie was incredibly sweet and did the best she could to fix my nails. She is the ONLY reason that I'm not leaving a ONE star review. If you choose to go here after reading this review, ask for Natalie but STAY AWAY from Henry. read more
