My husband and I got pedicures and he was scheduled with a nail tech that was new and inexperienced. She had to keep asking her coworker (who was doing my nails) how to do a pedicure. she didn't do ANYTHING to his cuticles, she applied wax wrong and before doing any filing or cleaning and so forth. The owner stepped in and finished the pedicure without saying one word to my husband or even making sure he was okay with the change. So all in all inexperienced new tech (who the owner claims has license but I highly doubt) and the owners attitude and lack of professionalism made this nail shop a terrible experience. When I tried to rebook with the nail tech Ashley that is actually good, I was told by the owner that I can no longer receive services and they have a right to deny. If you have an opinion or concern about services you're receiving and want to voice it DONT at this nail salon. You will be banned. read more

Shout out to the ladies that work at Luxe! The vibe in this place is always so comforting and enthusiastic. I always get an arcylic ballerina-ish shaped set, and they always make sure to ask me if I like the look/length/design every step of the way. Nail quality? 10/10. Designs? 10/10. Customer service? 10/10. Everyone who works here knows the craft well and is very talented. I recommend this place to everyone I know that gets their nails done!! read more
