I usually have a fantastic experience here and have brought many friends here. However, this review is to comment on my friend's experience when we went. I had of course recommended this place and we went together. My friend had Logan and he was not friendly or accommodating at all in the beginning, he became slightly nicer towards the end but was not a good experience at all, even I felt uncomfortable as his customer service was not good and frankly rude. He then didn't even apply lotion or massage her hands when he was done. We thought her nails looked good but by the next day they were staining weird and snagging on things. The top coat was not applied well I assume. Definitely a disappointment and embarrassing for me since I took her there. They also were out of a lot of the colors we wanted. I usually have a fantastic experience but this was not good at all. I am hoping they will fix her nails for free since it's only been a day and was 60$. read more

I went back for my second spa pedicure, I love the set up they have - the back part of the salon has low lighting and soothing music for pedicures, best part is the hot towels they wrap your legs in. It can get very busy on weekends! We made an appt ahead of time and had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Worth the wait! The nail tech really took their time and fixed my toes no problem when I accidentally dinged one on my way out :) read more

JUSTIN did such an amazing job! I previously had hybrid gel and told Justin I wanted hybrid gel with french tips and with some blueberries and he delivered! I showed him a photo (included) of the blueberries and wanted them 3D and he patiently detailed the blueberries out. I would 100% recommend Justin! It's really unprofessional when you laugh and turn to your coworkers when a customer says that they don't want something. I didn't want the massage or lotion or oil. I don't even have my legs massaged when I go to the spa for a massage. Like sorry not sorry! You say, okay! Instead made me feel so uncomfortable with him making a scene bc his body language made him seem annoyed. After moving to the area, literally yesterday, I came for my nail appointment at Celina Nails. I had researched for a new place, looked at reviews, and looked for nail artists that I thought could do an intricate nail design, as I am going on a cruise in a few days. When I came, I was asked if I had a nail appointment, which I did with a certain nail stylist. They sat me down with a young nail stylists, who looked at the photo of the nails I wanted to have done, and she said she couldn't do that. So I wasted my time, which I am in short supply of, to come to an appointment that I really didn't even have. My daughters are currently getting their nails done, and I had to scramble to find another place to do my nails. The thing that gets me about the situation, is that as the parent who is paying for everything, and who gets my nails done every two weeks, you would think that this establishment would at least try to make a good impression. But they didn't. Needless to say, I will not be making this place my new nail home, as they have no respect for peoples time for appointments. I spend nearly $250 per month getting my nails. I don't expect to have an appointment with someone who can't even do nails designs. read more

My favorite manicurist/pedicurist from Bellagio Nails & Spa, branched out with a sister salon right across the street called Celina Nails & Spa. I was able to visit for the first time last week and was so pleased! First of all, Vicky is wonderful. The other woman she had working with her when I was there was equally lovely and was so appreciative of everyone who walked in the door. Vicky did her usual level of artistry with my nails. Her English isn't expansive so I usually bring in a pic of what I want (from Yelp or IG) and she makes magic. Truly, she usually improves upon whatever art I was hoping for and takes it to the next level of beautiful. The space is large with several manicure stations and several pedicure massage chairs. It's a clean and welcoming environment. They do allow walk-ins but as they have a small staff for now (while gaining clients), I would give them a ring to ensure a good time to stop by. I got a classic manicure. I thought it was a good job regarding the service done, but the customer service I would rate it low. I have shorter fingernails, and apparently that was comedic to my nail technician. The whole time I was there, I felt like I was being made fun of. One of the worst pedicures I have ever gotten. They had two five stars. I took the risk. Im warning you. I will have to go somewhere later this week and have another, that bad. $65 dollars also for no type of flow and for the tech to be scraping my toenails with the cuticle cutters. It got really bad towards the end where I just wanted the guy to be done it was that bad. The ambience is not even worth it. He mad a big mess when doing the paraffin so he just decided he was not going to do my other foot at all. Just a very WOW experience and not in the good way. "yikes" read more

DO NOT GET ACRYLICS DONE HERE! when I attempted to take them off they were very very sticky because they used illegal acrylic called MMA which absolute destroys your nail beds unlike othe material (which is why its illegal). not to mention the fact that the lady who painted mine never asked me if I wanted exactly what the picture showed after I told her I wanted something similar but not exact. she also messed up the very simple line design. there is one lady who was super nice and actually talked to customers (I didn't catch her name) but I did not get her. After reading the reviews of Celina, my initial thought is that it would be great! When I got there I thought the salon itself was beautiful, cleanly, and relaxing. I think they do a nice job with the environment and my mani pedi turned out nicely. However, my experience with the nail tech, Peter, was uncomfortable and disturbing. At first I thought Peter was friendly, but started to feel something was off when he continuously stared at me while rubbing my feet and attempting to roll my pants down from my thigh when the pedicure was complete. I simply brushed him off and rolled my pants down myself. A little weird to me, but moved on. When I sat down for my manicure, Peter was continuously chuckling with another male nail tech next to us as well as whomever he was texting on his phone. He randomly asked me my name and how I was doing (again) and then the other male nail tech started to laugh. I was confused but didn't want to fully mistake this as "flirting" and that he is probably trying to be friendly! When I returned to my spot from washing my hands, Peter tried to take a picture of me. He saw that I saw and quickly pressed the "X" to delete in the corner of his phone. He looked petrified after he realized I saw what he did. I called him out for his behavior and he denied taking a picture of me...I cut the manicure short as I was incredibly uncomfortable after this. If you are visiting this nail spa, please consider who your nail tech is and watch out for this creep! read more
