I know that Monsoon Flowers was the absolute best florist in the entire Tri-state area! Two weeks prior to my arrival, I spoke to Michael who completely understood the assignment! He was so helpful and professional. Michael even sent me photos during the process to insure my approval. On Valentine's Day, Monsoon offered to actually deliver the arrangement as opposed to the pre planned pick up. I swear, when she delivered the roses, I was blown away! Quite literally one of the best arrangements I have ever seen! I brought this impressive arrangement to my dinner reservation and they surprised her, by placing them on the table. NOT always the case when you order flowers at the last minute for a pop up private flight and need what you need in terms of florals. I am planning a wedding and had a faux pas with my invitations from another vendor. I needed printing immediately on my inner envelopes, but had a difficult paper material and color to print on. In a tizzy, I called SO many other printing companies, to which everyone said, "No, we can't help you," for one reason or another (they don't help with invites they didn't do...or can't print on that envelope, etc.). When I called Ruth, she was on her way out for a vacation. She said she didn't think she could print on my envelopes, but "come in and I'll give it a try - you seem stressed about this." I came in, she gave it her best, although we weren't actually able to print. This upcoming week, it is time to send out my 2nd round of invitations, so I reached back out to Ruth to help printing on my outer envelope. I only had just enough envelopes. She told me to come in and she would help. She took so much care to ensure she didn't create any errors with the envelopes I had and she did such a FANTASTIC job. I can't express my gratitude for her efforts throughout this process. Otherwise, her store is so cute and she has very nice cards, cardstock, and little nicknacks for gifts. I certainly would recommend Ruth for any invitation needs (including full set wedding invitations, and otherwise). She is just so accommodating and willing to help with her services. Thank you Ruth! When I tried to get in touch with the owner that I ordered from, he was unresponsive via call and texts. The other owner refused to take responsibility. When I asked for a refund, I was told I "got a good deal" and may not be "eligible for a refund". Meanwhile neither owner was at the stall or available to act on my complaint. I would certainly not recommend them!!!
