The florists are always ready to help wrap an already made bouquet, give houseplant advice, whatever. My favorite thing when I want a mini bouquet for myself is to just ask them if they can whip something together for like $25. It's always cute and tiny and perfect for my kitchen. I've done the same for gifts and they always come out so lovely and thoughtfully arranged, but you do have to go like $35+ to get something sizeable. Also gotta shout out that the peonies that I was sent from here were not only were stunners but lasted soooo much longer than ones from other shops. I don't have too many houseplants from this shop, but was gifted a tiny succulent like 2+ years ago from here and it is growing and happy and THRIVING. Always happy to get new flowery friends from here and I think you'll love it alot too.

Rather than receiving a clear response, I was met with irritation and raised voices, which I found unprofessional and unwarranted. If the workload is overwhelming, perhaps it's time to reconsider how the business is managed during peak periods. Losing one's temper with a customer is inexcusable.

I met with her three times, for an initial consultation and then twice closer to the wedding as the now-in season flowers began to arrive. Each time, I had her undivided attention and a relaxing experience, as if we had known each other a long time. Her husband was in the shop when I first went for a consultation, and though he didn't know me, didn't know if I'd be working with them, he congratulated me and wished me a wonderful wedding and marriage. As deliveries came in during my visits, everyone was happy and relaxed and seemed like a well-organized team. She really listens to preference and vision, and adds a beautiful flair that I couldn't have imagined. She worked within my budget, and included flowers I would have thought would be beyond it. Bouquets, boutonnières, wristlets and centerpieces were stuffed and fluffed full of countless varying roses, dahlias, ranunculus, lisianthus (had never heard of these but Diane was so right about how beautiful they are), and so many other flowers. They all smelled gorgeous. My guests were able to keep the centerpieces in their display compotes which I loved and had never seen before (usually you need to remove the flowers and return the compote/vase). As my church is very ornate, I didn't need flowers for the pews, and Diane completely agreed - she never tried to sell me on anything unnecessary. On the wedding day, she was prompt, prepared and sweet - everything was a breeze. She wrapped my grandmothers rosary into my bouquet beautifully. I so appreciated her integrity and enthusiasm for making my wedding even more beautiful and special with her flowers. She is a lovely person and great businesswoman - I highly recommend her, and look forward to working with her again in the future for all flower needs, big and small.

In short, Carolyn provided great customer service. Not only was the floral arrangement beautiful (see photo), Laura Clare Floral Design stayed within the budget I gave them, and they delivered on time. FYI -- Other florists in the area have great Yelp reviews as well, but you'll quickly find they are simply reselling the same Teleflora arrangements.
