I was there to see if they could help me and make me an orthotic. I would recommend anybody considering going to these people to look elsewhere. They don't have the expertise. Doctor was rude. When we explained that she has a neurological condition that causes tremors he just told her not to move. When my daughter asked if he could hold her foot so it wouldn't move he said no. He was extremely rough with the needle and used a cold spray after she asked him not to use it (because she has an adverse reaction to it). I found this out when I called the company that makes these orthotics and they educated me that these were the wrong inserts for my condition. The office refused a refund. For years I wore these inserts all the while they contributed to my condition. Lets see, what else, often times very long wait times. Doctor is kind and sweet however so had to say something good. I asked that, he send a summary of my visit, to two of my doctors, he then dictated a summary of my visit and had the office give me two written copies of my visit summary, which i will deliver to my doctors on Monday(today is Friday).
