He…read moreoriginally set up the entire event in Phelan, but unfortunately a sudden windstorm with 50 mph winds came through and the wind took everything down. Without hesitation, he and his team quickly stepped in and moved the entire event to his venue in San Bernardino at no extra cost. They were incredibly speedy, professional, and efficient, and still managed to make everything look absolutely beautiful despite the stressful circumstances. If it weren't for him and his team, the quinceañera would not have happened, and we would have had to cancel and reschedule everything. His pricing is also very reasonable, I compared it to other vendors and the level of service he provides is unmatched. I would 100% recommend Jr and his team! She drills you with a lot of unrelated questions and is very abrasive about it. She doesn't seem to care to serve the community and acts like it's an annoyance when you have concerns. Due to her demeanor alone, I would suggest not to rent from here. The venue is very nice and large, but we did not receive the items in the contract like electricity for the food warmers or a microphone. Due to the size of the room, the microphone is seriously necessary. Not having one caused the guest experience to lack because they couldn't hear. We had access to the kitchen but could not cook. We were told that we could plug up warmers in the banquet room but the outlets could not withstand the amount of power required. So our food was served very late because we had to use the 2 small warmers in the kitchen. Then, they refused to reimburse us for these inconveniences because we ran late. Unbelievably unprofessional! I am very disappointed because the venue was $100 per hour! I will say that the other staff were very kind and did try. However, they were unable to fix the issues and that made the overall experience (especially Lupe) unacceptable.

Very little parking and the back leads into an alley way. There was a lot of guests so we were told to park in the residential area which had sketchy surroundings when walking back towards the event space. When we entered the space, it felt like an open layout house. Fairly modern design. Useful space. Two restrooms for guests. There was a small connecting area with a fridge for storage. The next room over was perfect for a small play bouncer. No kitchen area. The catering company all had to set up outside in the already limited parking lot area. The pavement was in ruin. Needs to be replaced. The AC was very cold on a 67 degree day. Two stars docked for the limited parking. inconvenience and the odd location in a commercial/residential zoned area.

In Aug of 2017 I hired LUXE for my event the in July 2018. Below are a few of the issues * Ben said he had other events at this venue, so he would take care of the bartending, no issues. 3 days before the event he told me he couldn't get the license for the event to bartend. He thought he could get by without having the proper ABC license at a city community center? Really? We had to scramble and purchase the alcohol ourselves and then hire a separate bartender. The plan was to have a closed bar. So this caused a lot of issues and additions cost. *Ben was paid an extra fee for "special linens" for the cake,m gift and coffee tables. These were supposed to be above and beyond standard to make it look really nice. What I got instead was cheap white polyester linens. *Ben was also paid extra for a backdrop for the cake and main court table. He didn't supply the backdrop for the cake table at all, and the one he used for the main table looked awful. Bars and other items laying in the back showed up in all of our pictures, ruining them! * After going thru the venue details, Ben said he only needed an hour to prep everything before the start of the event. He then stated if he could get an extra 15 minutes it would help him out. So I paid for an extra 30 minutes to the hall. My event started at 5pm. Now after 6pm he still wasn't done setting up. It took him 2.5 hours to finish setting up. Family and friends starting helping putting linens, center pieces, and plates on the tables to help out. This was quite embarrassing. * After the event was over we had a few hours to get the facility cleaned up. If it was not done in time, I would lose my deposit. Of course this was no skin off of his back. I had to stay and have family and friends assist with the clean up otherwise this company never would have been done in time and I would be out even more money. * Some of my guest also commented that while he was setting up he was helping himself to alcohol! Very unprofessional. * When I spoke to Ben about these issues and let him know I felt I was entitled to some sort of a refund for all of these issues, as others have mentioned her became very defensive and refused and said sue me. He told me I was very ungrateful and was down right rude. He is definitely very unorganized and very unprofessional. Do not risk your precious event and day with this company, you will definitely regret it.

He discussed all matters with us prior to and he came through on all of his promises. He was very patient with our guests and held his crew to the same standard he held himself.
