He originally set up the entire event in Phelan, but unfortunately a sudden windstorm with 50 mph winds came through and the wind took everything down. Without hesitation, he and his team quickly stepped in and moved the entire event to his venue in San Bernardino at no extra cost. They were incredibly speedy, professional, and efficient, and still managed to make everything look absolutely beautiful despite the stressful circumstances. If it weren't for him and his team, the quinceañera would not have happened, and we would have had to cancel and reschedule everything. I had a mixed experience with this company. From the beginning, communication was slow and my questions weren't answered right away, which made planning a bit difficult. Tables and chairs needed to be wiped down. Setup also took about four to five hours, and unfortunately, the tablecloths and table runners I had requested were forgotten. So they had to go back and get them. During the event, the mechanical bull started having issues before we were even halfway through the party. I was still charged half the price, even though it wasn't working properly. On top of that, the strap to hold on was already worn out and busted on one side, from a previous event, which made it difficult to use and I had to provide an high powered volt extension cord to provide power for the bull to work. I thought that should have been provided by the company since its their equipment. That being said, the staff was friendly and polite. However, overall I wasn't very satisfied with the service and expected better organization and equipment quality. read more

Everything went well. The guys were very helpful. They Set Everything a day before and took down Everything day after event. Everything went perfect. Only thing is that a couple of chairs did had a tiny tear (think I only took one pic) and was afraid that it will get worse during my event. But I notice the owner he stated was fine. It wasn't really a big issue for me because I know it is from renting out. I didnt realized it until day off the event. I forgot to let him know that same day I found out, since I was running around but did notify him the next day. And he stated he will swap out amd wouldn't affect me. This was our first time renting from NPR for an engagement party, and while the process was easy and communication was clear regarding delivery and timing, there were significant issues with the dance floor we rented. We rented chairs, tables, and a dance floor. The chairs and tables were fine but needed a wipe down. The real problem was the dance floor. We initially ordered a 9x12 size but later requested an additional two tiles to make it 12x12, which they accommodated. I informed the company that the dance floor would be placed on grass, and they assured us they would add wood underneath to level it. However, when they arrived, they used mismatched, warped OSB wood pieces with large gaps between them. Some pieces were even stacked unevenly, causing the tiles to warp. Our guests found the floor unsafe to walk on, which was embarrassing for such a special event. We ended up dismantling the entire dance floor ourselves, rearranging the wood pieces, and using roofing tiles we had on hand to fill the gaps. On top of that, the dance floor arrived dirty, with visible footprints from a previous event. When I shared these concerns with the company, they said they would "talk to the employee," but the experience was very disappointing overall. read more

An update on my claim for property damage caused by NPR with two supervisors on site! One was off duty she stated , but was working off the clock ! I'm wondering what the labor department would have to say about that ? So JR the person I spoke to over the phone basically told me on a text that he was willing to make things right , regardless of what his staff said ! But now because of my bad review with one star , that he was not going to help me with fixing my property damage caused by his staff ! None of this would have happened if we kept that 3 ft distance from my garage! I had no idea there was a code requiring 3 ft clearance. But I basically got blamed for telling one of the staff supervisor named Bobby to put it closer to my garage. That's when he pushed the canopy closer and pushed it against my exterior lamp and damaged it ! But I was told by jr the following Monday that I insisted. Not once did I insist . So customers beware if youre looking for business from npr ! If your property or their property gets damaged regardless of what the truth is , your to blame! NPR deserves no stars but since I'm leaving a review warning future customers that read reviews, I'm going to leave one star , just to post this review! read more

Can't recommend this place enough. My brother turned 50 and wanted to have a party at his house with 125 of his closest friends. From the initial inquiry all the way to tear down, my interactions with every member of the team was professional yet friendly and helpful. They were one of the first vendors to reply. Had reasonable prices, and great equipment. We initially ordered heat lamps because we thought it might be cold the first weekend in October but global warming forced us to pivot to portable air conditioning units. Lucky for us they still had a couple and adjusted our order within 24 hours of delivery. We ordered a HUGE tent, 10 round tables, 90 chairs, some cocktail high boys, 4 rectangular serving tables, linens, twinkle lights for the tent, delivery, set up, and tear down for a bill a little south of $1K. The deposit was reasonable and payment portal was easy to navigate. Highlight recommend if you are in So Cal looking to have a party and need all the gear. I rented a mechanical bull from this party rental service and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Initially I gave the owner a deposit to secure a scheduled service three weeks in advance . The only reason I scheduled with them was because my wants and needs was said to be no problem for them and that they'd be able to get the job done . One of the most important reasons why I went through with picking this rental company was because they stated that they could drop off the equipment the day before and they aren't stationed from where I live . That sounded really convenient for me because I wouldn't have to worry about it arriving on time and having to be available for them for drop off on the day of the event I figured it would save me time and I could focus on getting other things done for my event. A few days before the event I received an email stating they would drop off the mechanical bull the same day of the event between a set of hours , so I had rearranged my schedule to be available for them to set up no problem. I reached out to them for an update about the drop off the morning of the event . They responded to me with a time window that was much later than what the email said and to say the least they were late . They arrived and began setting up , they asked me to provide them a tarp because they didn't have one to provide which is absurd . Not everyone has grass you should have your own tarps to protect your own equipment from rough terrain dirt etc. Than they ask me to provide my own extension cords so that the bull has a power source to operate on . why are your clients having to provide the equipment required for your service to be fully functional? The man that set up the bull was very incompetent with how electricity works and when he plugged it in he blew the fuse on a series of lights I already had connected were he plugged the source in . The bull was missing a horn , He forgot a main part that he had to leave to go get and came back really late . The bull malfunctioned during my event ! Than when he came to pick it up the next day he asked if he can use my tool to dismember the equipment. He than left once again to get tools , yet again proving how unprofessional and unreliable they were two days in a row . THE WORST read more
