Update: I went back. No, not for funsies, but rather, for them to fix what they seriously messed up! I called beforehand and spoke with Vin and said I'm not happy with the quality (as a recap in case you missed my first review: no massage, lotion that was put on my arms and not even rubbed in, a color I didn't like, a woman literally yelling at me, and nail polish all over my fingers) and he told me stop in that afternoon and he would redo it. I asked for 5:30, he said 6. I arrived before 6 so as to pick out a color I really liked. Essentially nobody working greeted me, and a customer had to show me where the polishes were because not a single employee cared to, apparently. Such friendly service. The woman who had done my manicure the day before approached me, waving the nail polish bottle of the color I had picked the previous day and yelling at me "YOU PICKED THIS COLOR!" to which I calmly responded, "Yes, and now I'm picking a new color" and she again yelled the same thing, so I again repeated the same thing. Other patrons waiting for their services tried to help me by saying "different color" to the screaming woman. She then, in my face, shouted "YOU PICK NEW COLOR, YOU PAY!!!" insisting that I pay for someone to redo my nails, correctly. Oh yes, this sure had my blood boiling, but I kept my cool and finally around 6:30 Vin did my nails himself. He was overly-particular, which I guess was fine, but I literally didn't leave until 8 pm. Though I do appreciate him redoing it for me, and showing the older woman what she had done wrong (though she seemed to disagree, based on her yelling and some other woman working there profusely apologizing to me), it just isn't worth my return. There are many other salons I can visit. NOW I will not return. read more

If there was an option for 0 stars that's what I'd give. The most unprofessional nail salon I've been to. Very poor service and bad skills. Damaged my natural nail and cut my skin on 4 different fingers. One of my fingers kept bleeding because he was lazy and didn't want to use a nail file. And I'll be soaking off the overlay today because they look hideous. He was very sloppy throughout the entire process and it was just an overlay. Marginal manicure/pedicure, at best. Sat in the pedi soak for 15 minutes waiting. If you are busy, I'd prefer to wait up front, not in a soak where I will become prunie. Didn't offer to trim either finger or toe nails, I had to ask. Also did not offer to buff nails once done. Again, had to ask. Far too expensive to be rushed and given a crap mani-pedi. I've been coming here since they opened for pedicures and more recently the no-chip manicure. This is a great salon with a friendly and efficient staff. Their prices are very reasonable but what keeps me coming back is the staff and the clean salon. I generally call ahead to make an appointment so I don't have to wait as long if they are busy. They don't allow you to put tips on your credit card though, so bring enough cash with you! read more

I'm a little surprised at some of the reviews on here. My nail technician Linda is awesome. I'm actually writing this review as I'm sitting in the chair. My No Chip Manicure looks great and I did the deluxe pedi with Parrafin treatment. I will say it seems a bit pricy here ($40 for Deluxe Pedi and $35 for No chip) but $5 off if i did both so total $70 (not including tip). Will most likely return. read more

For Mother's Day my mom and I booked an appointment for pedicures, they were running 45 min late so we cancelled and I rebooked for the following day at 11, Which is when they open on Sunday. No one showed up until 11:15, it took 2 hours for a manicure and pedicure. The manicure looked sloppy at best. Then I tried to use a gift card I was given a few years ago, (no expiration on back). I was told they switched owners and no longer accept the type of gift card I had but had the right to refused gift cards that older than a year and a half. There were no notices or postings anywhere about being unable to use certain gift cards. Unprofessional and frustrating, I rarely have time to treat myself, this was overall very disappointing. read more

Long-term customer- NEVER GOING BACK. I have been going here for years. I think there is a new owner and they do not know how to run a business. Almost complete staff turn over, dirty, rude nail technitions, poor quality work, and they rush you out the door. I pay good money for a pediacure and no chip manicure. I want to relax duriing my pedicure and they insist on starting the removal of the old no chip on my nails during my pedicure, cleaning the foot bowl out while I am still in the chair, and argue wih me if I point out the shape of a few nails is not correct or matching the other. I also think they water down the nail color. It never matches what is on the sample. read more

Good afternoon! I cannot say enough great things about this Salon! Upon receiving horrendous service from a shop that I used to frequent. I was in a panic trying to get my no chip manicure done the afternoon before easter. I called at 455pm told Tony my situation and he said "Of course we would be glad to take care of you...see you soon" Upon arriving ten minutes later I was greeted with a warm welcome by all staff members. Their shop is spotless!! Each and every one of their customers were clearly happy and satisfied and their shop was filled. In my opinion great service goes a long way. Tony immediately asked me if I would like something to drink and started my manicure. He kept emphasizing on making sure his customers were happy. Needless to say I was extremely satisfied with the end result and will share this place with my colleagues, friends and family !!! Thank you again for going the extra mile!! If you are looking for the dip manicure I do not recommend this salon. While the staff were nice and attentive, it seems that this particular method of manicure is not well known or practiced here at this time. To begin with, there were only about 7 color options to choose from. The process started with the removal of my former dip manicure and then followed with the application of the new dip manicure. There was no actual manicure done as far as cuticle clean up. I felt that that whole process was rushed and the end result shows this. While I have been to this salon in the past and have loved the service, I was extremely disappointed this time around. After all was said and done, the nail tech asked me what other salons had charged me for this in the past and when I stated the amount he said he would charge me the same. So there isn't even a set price point for this manicure here. read more

After an absence of a few months, I recently called for an appointment to get a regular manicure. My favorite technician, Vicky, is no longer there, which is a huge disappointment. But I made an appointment with another technician, and I will not be returning. The tech was new so I didn't get the manicure I'd come to expect from Vicky, but it wasn't a bad one. However, the polish began chipping that evening. Maybe it was old and had been thinned out with acetone, maybe it was just a bad choice on my part. But these were noticeable chips. The next day, 6 fingers were missing more than half the polish, and the rest were heading that way. I wasn't doing dishes or renovating my house - there was no reason for so many flaws. On Day 3 I went to another salon for a regular manicure, and it lasted one week before I had a chip. Sorry, Luxsis. read more

The two stars are for the fact they have such a great color selection. The prices change as the wind blows. Each time I go I pay different amount, and I feel like they just rush thru the process to get u in and out . And do NOT let the young girl with glasses on do your nails she's unprofessional and undertrained. I had my no chip done with her and she did such horrible job One of the other technician had to redo the whole thing. Such waste of my time. They got us in quickly with no appointment, offered us refreshments, they were super nice and the place was clean and comfortable. I had Van and my wife had Tran. My sister and I come here usually once a year for pedicures. I was a little worried about returning this year after reading some other Yelp reviews that have been left recently. Our experience today was pretty good. I was disappointed in my massage. My girl mostly just ran her hand over my feet and legs. My sister had a male doing her pedicure and he gave her a good massage. I was worried the prices had gone up as another reviewer said she paid $60 for a pedi. I got the deluxe and it cost $40 which is what we have always paid. Went in for a pedicure last week. The nail tech cut the back of my foot open. When I told her she hurt me she said I had a blister. I'm on my feet everyday and would have know if I had a blister before. She could have cared less and still charged me full price to hack a huge in my foot and paint my nails horribly. This was absolutely the worst nail-salon experience of my life! I initially went here for the mostly favorable reviews, but everyone should be aware that the horrible experiences (such as Olivia's post on June 8th) posted on this Yelp are honest to God truth, unfortunately. Yelling, accusations, and hostility: that is what will happen if you are not satisfied with your nails. Like many of the other reviews on this Yelp, my nails came out a bit smudged, paint around my cuticles/skin and clearly unprofessional. Once I pointed this out I was immediately told "That's because you move your hand too much! Not our fault!" Although this was clearly not the case, the worse part was the overly defensive attitude and anger that was projected on me in front of other customers (and when I told them I was not going to pay unless they fixed my nails, they threatened to call the cops to arrest me!). I could elaborate on and on about my horrible experience but I don't want to dwell much on this and I would prefer to forget about it. I would just like to let others know about how the owner/workers run their shop so that no one has to deal with this non-sense again. I kept coming back for the eyebrow waxing, but will no longer be doing that anymore. This last time (even though I specifically requested no reshaping) The lady took a chunk of my eyebrows. Went with my mother and did not have a good experience. Took 3 hours for us to leave and they started us right away. The pedicure wasn't that bad but the manicure was so long for regular polish. Even after the nails hadn't set and they got messed up right away once we left. Went to this nail salon for the first time today for a pedicure. I was pleasantly surprised. I had the good fortune to have a pro doing it. Old Vicky ( vs. new Vicky) was incredible. She asked questions, always checking to be sure I was comfortable and that the treatment was not painful. I went with the incredible Luxsis Spa Pedicure. It included hot stone massage and paraffin and left my feet smooth and silky. The pedicure room is quiet and soothing. They even offered me water, lemonade and tea. Vicky could not have been nicer and I was impressed how clean the salon looked. read more

They did a good job. My no chip actually lasted 2 weeks. The only reason I need to go in and have it done again is because my nails are growing. The only downside is their prices are a little high and they didn't do no no chip all the way to the cuticle. (They left a little gap) which obviously doesn't make it last as long.
