When I asked about Terminal 3, he told me it was my fault that he only stops at Terminal 2 due to construction and basically said it was my problem. For not hearing him. When we got to the International Terminal, I asked for my bag so I could get back to Terminal 3, and that's when he realized he'd actually left it on the curb at Terminal 2. We had to go back, and luckily the bag was still sitting there. For a $30 ride, this was not the experience I expected. If they are not stopping at a terminal just need to be very clear in the announcements and on their app/website.

The manager told me with a straight face that he had "never" had a call from anyone having difficulty purchasing a ticket online. It's clear their management has no customer training, and is willing to say anything. If all goes well, OK, but goodness help you if something goes wrong. Use this service at your own risk.

We called in a panic on Friday evening trying to figure out how to transport 10 people to a drive in college graduation at Sonoma State.
