Claudio and team were amazing! I booked them for an airport drop off and pick up. I accidently gave the wrong address (late night, apologies again Claudio!) and the day of the pick up, Rafael had to do a little bit of backtracking, but we made it to SFO with no worries. Claudio was in constant contact with me letting me know that we would still make it with plenty of time and I let him know that we would have a another person and more luggage when we returned and he made sure to have a bigger car to pick us up on our return. The day of the return, we were delayed a little bit due to a medical emergency on board and I let Claudio know and I got a text from Rafael letting us know he would be picking us up. We texted Rafael when we got our bags and he was there quickly to help us load up our bags in a big SUV and headed back home.
