I've only gotten eyelash extensions one round before going here and let me tell you about the difference! The first salon I went to (whose name I will not say) initially seemed nice. But my eyelash extensions would fall out daily and by the time I had to get fill ins done the full set would be pretty sparse. It's been over a week since my first appointment here with May, and I can assure you only about 3 lashes have fallen. My full set is still lush & beautiful! I just find it funny because the other place charges just as much for a crappy full set. I paid just Your money is definitely well spent going here. In addition to the excellent installation, the technician May is such a wonderful person! She's professional, yet personable. She is young, beautiful, vibrant, and has a heart of gold. I always enjoy dealing with people I can relate to, and her personality definitely made the experience so much more worth it. In the past I would explain how I want my lashes to look but they would never really come out 100% the way I wanted. May understands the look that you're going for and she delivers! She also gave me great advice during the session so amazing lashes wasn't the only thing I walked out with. Her work space is pretty small but she is very accommodating. She also met with me before the appointment so I didn't get lost, since is was my first time. The bed you lay on is super big and comfortable though. She plays music and does aromatherapy during the session. All in all, I'd recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a great lash technician. read more

I've been going to Luxurious lashes on a regular basis (every two weeks for touch ups) for almost a year now, and never a disappointment. Not only is May meticulous with her job, she is kind, courteous, always professional, and TALENTED. She is very attentive to your needs, in design, comfort and practicality, and whenever you have even a slightest problem, she's committed to make it better. I've read some of May's other reviews and the negative ones are so dramatic, in my opinion. Ive had Ashley do my lashes, more then once, and she's amazing. (I'll post a picture of Ashley's work). I asked for ombré French on my nails (because I saw it on their Instagram so I figured they do it) The lady at first said no. I said that was fine (I would rather her be honest). She said she's going to try. Well they came out terrible :( I'm sure it would have came out nice if it was regular French. My eyelashes came out okay. However, they started falling off after 3 days. I visited this salon again yesterday as I was scheduled for lash extensions. I've had other services done, but not lash extensions. I was looking forward to this appointment for WEEKS. Why? Because I have never had lashes applied to my own...whether it be strip or individual lashes. Yes. Virgin. Upon this visit, I was greeted with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. However, as I was about to begin the lash application, my eyelids began twitching...and wouldn't stop. I was embarrassed and just heartbroken. May attempted to reassure me that I was in good hands and not to worry. I wasn't nervous nor was I fearful. I kept apologizing for this unfortunate situation and yet again May constantly reassured me that everything was ok. Unfortunately, my eyelids wouldn't stop twitching. She then asked if I had coffee earlier that morning... I was 10x more embarrassed but had no idea that this slight piece of my daily ritual could've in fact been the obstruction between me and the beautiful lashes I so desperately wanted! He first thing I noticed was how awesome the place smelled then how friendly everyone is in the salon. Then I met the amazing Ashley. Let me tell ya. She had her work cut out for her with my hot mess of eyebrows...And yet she never made me feel awkward or uncomfortable. We briefly chatted about what I had hoped for my eyebrows to look like one day and then she worked her magic. I came here a few months ago and had my lashes filled as well as a gel mani with tips and a regular pedicure. The lashes came out stunning and I loved them. The nails were a different story. They were pretty uneven and looked really messy. I actually had to go to another salon the next day to have them fixed, and the lady at the salon the next day told me the work looked lazy, which I agree with. So first off I love this place! I came in here just interested in getting my lashes done, but I didn't know that they do pretty much everything else here to acrylic nails, teeth whitening, waxing, and laser hair removal etc etc. I got my lashes done with Ashley and she was amazing and really informative on everything. Usually when I get my lashes done, the glue they would use would ruin and burn my natural lash, which didn't happen at all here!! I also got my legs and bikini waxed first time by Gladys and second time with Sonia. They were both great, but I think Sonia had more experience in waxing. I got an acrylic nail set which I'm obsessed with done by I believe her name was Ines. She worked quick and proficiently. I just love this place because you can get everything done in one shop, which is usually my problem of having to go to 4 different places to get ready for vacations or events. This place is incredible. I entered for the very first time, intimidated to have my very first lash experience. Although when I entered, all of my senses awoken and I was put to ease immediately. When I was ready, after enjoying my coffee, beautiful and elegant May applied my lashes while also playing life coach and therapist. Flexible Accommodation- i was not able to make it on time for my appointment and they were VERY understanding rescheduling me to the next day (2). Unmatched experience- they were very professional. Walking in - there's a very calming and professional environment catered to women. Prior to even starting on my eyelashes, they had aromatherapy really calming me down and putting me at peace. (3). AMAZING lashes- I have very tiny curled eyelashes so typically even with lash extensions, I get the very minimum that tend to last only a week. This was not the case here! After getting my lashes done at many places for over 5 years, this is the FIRST time that my lashes looked so full and absolutely gorgeous. I received so many compliments! I intentionally waited a week to post to see how long they would last. A week later and it looks like the day i got them done. Mayelin works miracles!!! I have found my lash home here.
