Overall: my lashes stay on longer than 2 weeks. The lash styles are ALL customizable (other places normally have a few lash styles they are able to do) The staff is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. The boutique itself is aesthetically pleasing (beautiful) I've had the pleasure of working with Caris for my last 3 sessions and she is a sweet heart! North Babylon establishment which represents all your other locations of unprofessionalsm Very unprofessional business. I'm a local and wanted to try a lash lift from this location. I called on Wednesday at 3pm for a next-day appointment, and they said only tomorrow 6:30pm is available which was Thursday. I took the appointment. When I showed up on Thursday at 6:30pm, the receptionist told me my appointment was "yesterday." wtf no, it was not. Then I see I was charged $45, I'm assuming it's the deposit. No one told me about a deposit being charged. They claim they don't charge you until the day of the appointment. Then they lied and said they called me. Like I don't have a call history on my phone. I never received a confirmation text and I did not receive a call. If you canceled my appointment to book some else that's messed up. I don't understand what games this location is playing but you lost a good paying customer. Then have the audacity to tell me book another day. No I can't I have a life and I work out of town. I only had this day available to try your services which now after this experience I don't want to anymore because I don't need to pay for a service then feel it will not happen on the day I'm available. I asked for a refund, and I'm still waiting for the "manager" to call me. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and annoying. I advise to everyone do not give your card information to this establishment! I took my kid into the place, and my kid complained about the odor of marijuana that came out of there. Instead of smoking and not paying attention to your future clients when booking, and messing up the schedule. You need to focus and be more professional and keep that smell out your establishment. This business has the audacity in not taking accountability of their actions. I don't recommend this place at all for their unprofessionalism and inexperience with customer service. I really wanted to like this place. In short: PROS: - they typically have availability - the lash techs are nice - they have a points/rewards system for clients to earn points CONS: - customer service/management is underwhelming - my lash tech (although she was nice) had to pry some of my upper lashes apart from my lower lashes (and tape) after they got stuck together. NOT ENJOYABLE! - there was not enough time allocated for the appointment to fix/redo my lashes after my initial appointment... so I left with GAPS in my lashes. GOOD TO KNOWs: - the space is shared, so you may hear other clients/techs coming in & moving about the room (which can be loud/startling at times). - I'm not the biggest fan of the adhesive they use (this is just my personal preference)* In long: I have been to Lashified Beauty a few times, but this is a story about 2 of my most recent visits. I recently booked a classic set for a trip. Unfortunately, within the first few days I noticed an issue with the longevity of my lash extensions. Because I was away, I reached out to the business (via email), but was told that I can get faster responses via text message (however, the response time was equally as long)... When we were able to get in touch, I told them that my lashes are falling out, and I won't be back in town for a few days. They said they'd be able to book me a discounted "2 week refill" appointment for when I returned. When they offered me this, I expressed concern because I did NOT THINK THAT THERE WOULD BE ENOUGH eyelash extensions on my eye for the service to be considered a "REFILL" (because of how fast the lashes were coming out). Despite my concerns, the appointment was scheduled "as-is" -- without any additional time modifications. Fast-forward to my appointment to fix/re-fill my lashes: I was told that I "booked a '2 week refill', but there is not enough time to redo all of the lashes that fell out"because of the time constraint of the appointment. When I got up & looked in the mirror after my appointment I was upset. I understand that sometimes things happen when it comes to beauty services and can empathize with running a business, so I was willing to work with them... BUT when a situation that was avoidable presents itself, it is very frustrating. The longevity of the patchy set I that just got is pretty good. For reference, it was with a different lash tech than my original appointment. The lashes are still on, but I wish I would've had this experience with my lashes the first time around. I'm disappointed that the proper time wasn't allocated for me despite bringing this EXACT concern to their attention. I've always been nervous to go get eyelash extensions done due to my first horrific experience a few years ago. The amazing ladies at Lashified Beauty take great care of you and make sure they know exactly what you want and boy do they do their job with so much professionalism and respect for their clients. I went to Tania first who is an angel and now I go to Alma who is just amazing. They were evaluate your lashes and recommend what is best for you. Sessions usually take around 90 mins depending on your service. The huge massage chairs are so comfortable and they also give you a blanket (how cute). The studio is super cute and girly. I have been an on and off client of Lashified for 3 years. I finally decided the bad outweighed the good and stopped going to them for my lash extensions. The only pros were that they were reasonably priced compared to other salons and they were close to my house. As for the cons, their customer service is terrible..None of the girls even bother trying to learn their clients names and I am always spoken to with a "hey girl", "here babe" in SUCH a condescending tone. I understand with a high volume of clients, that you're not going to remember everyone's name but I personally cannot stand the passive aggressive "hey girly" I have scheduled multiple appointments via the app and when I would come in they would scold me for being late even though I showed them my confirmation email of said time and if my lashes came out less than satisfactory they would tell me it's because I showed up late. I have tried a handful of different technicians, patiently waiting to find one I liked but unfortunately I never found her. When I would mention in the beginning of an appt that I wanted to know more about different styles, curls, etc to experiment with they all would just look at me dumb founded and never go into any detail or even care to know what their client wants. They use gel pads under your eyes and every time I would have a terrible reaction to them to the point where I was tearing up, swollen and couldn't see for a few minutes post appointment. I've asked them multiple times to note that on my profile and remind each tech before hand to use regular tape and each girl acts as if I just asked if I can have their first born child. Sorry for inconveniencing you with my business. My last straw with Lashified was when I booked a "Three Week Fill" that fell in the time slot of what was their three week window. I was leaving for vacation the next day and mentioned that to my tech and was once again disregarded to any style preferences I had. I also mentioned I was on a tight schedule and alotted the exact amount of time that was listed for the fill before having to go back to work. As I laid down to begin she loudly said "Can you go clean your lashes again babe your face is DIRTY".... I was absolutely mortified, not to mention there are 3-5 other girls getting their lashes done right next to you. After washing my eyes again she was huffing and puffing with her hot Chinese food breathe all over my face, frustrated that the regular lash tape wouldn't stick and she continued to put the gel pads on disregarding the fact that I told her twice I have very bad reactions to them. She starts telling me that she will need to charge me for a new set of lashes $180 instead of the three week fill price listed on the app $65. I asked her why that is necessary as I just needed a fill. She didn't answer me and continued working on my lashes very aggressively and hurting me. After what felt like forever she was finally done, she went 45 minutes over the time slot unbeknownst to me (when your eyes are taped shut it's hard to keep track of time) My eyes were swollen and red from the gel patches she used and my lashes didn't even look nice. When I went to go check out the front desk girl was charging me $100 and mentioned "Babe I'm doing you a favor by giving you a discount for a new set" When I asked why I'm not being charged for the service I booked she couldn't give me an explanation. She also blamed me for not having "60% of my lashes intact" for a three week fill. Which for anyone who gets lashes done regularly and cares for them knows that's not realistic. Overall very unprofessional and I am now on the hunt for a new lash studio. Sad to see a business that I supported from just starting out in a rented room with one employee has gone to this. read more

Customer service is horrible , the receptionist is not friendly at all and on personal calls while you are there . They also didn't make me sign a first time client waver or anything at all . The lash technician wasn't friendly and never even mentioned her name . She took about 3 hours a more to finish a classic set ...... I have been going to lashified beauty for over a year now and I absolutely loveeeeee them! I've gotten my lashes done by Jocelyn and Melanie and both are amazing and really professional. I would go from Queens to LI just to get my lashes done by them. Totally worth every penny. Personally my lashes would last about a month before having to get a refill, (it's not recommend but just my personal preference). The environment is clean and I've never had any problems at all from the lash extensions. read more

It's been 2 years since I started getting them done here. The beautiful atmosphere keeps me coming back. All the girls here are super friendly. The place is super clean. I've gotten my lashes done by several techs and they are all very knowledgeable. They'll work with you to create your desired lash look. Just make sure you book your appointments in advance. They have a huge parking lot in the back of the store. Plus once you get your lashes done they have a lot of cute clothes to look through. read more

Don't waste your time or money. Let me start by saying I did not received the services I asked for. From the moment I made my appointment I was very clear I wanted a natural look. Half way through I got to see how my lashes looked and immediately I told the tech that it was too extravagant and "extra" for me. After this she tried fixing them my plucking my own lashes to use the "classic" they offered. After the long torture I was hoping to have a good outcome and was even more dissatisfied. I asked them to remove them immediately. The owner came to convince me to keep them that probably was because I wasn't used to (which is not the case) it's not what I asked for. Afterwards she herself told me that they could remove them but I'll still have to pay the FULL PRICE. After all this, they removed them and whatever they used gave me a chemical burn which I'm still suffering from it. I am so upset and disappointed following my experience at Lashified. Started off well with the technician asking me what I wanted, I explained that I wanted them to look natural but naturally thick. The Technician said that she would start in the corner with the shorter length (9)and then go up to an (11).in the outer corner. During the treatment, I found the customer service to be very poor, the technician did not speak to me at all to explain anything, given that I could not see. She checked her phone and went out of the room without a word. All a little unnerving as I could hear what was going on but couldn't see. When the treatment was over she ushered me out of the room, I said I wanted to look at the lashes so that if there were any issue it could be rectified but she said that I had to look at it at the reception area. When I looked at my eyelash it was certainly not what we agreed, in fact they were all the same length and looked extremely fake and sparse. She did not use different lengths as agreed. I went to speak to the person at reception, who did recognised the issue and that it was not what I wanted and tried to sort it out by speaking to the technician. I asked if I could have another technician as I felt uncomfortable with the one who did the lashes but was told that they were busy and no one else was available. I had to spent another 30 minutes with the same technician which was very uncomfortable. The end result was not much better and I still really unhappy. The reception staff said in recognition that it was not what I wanted I should pay $80 instead of $90. I spent nearly half a day, paid $80 for poor customer service. An expensive price to pay for getting something you don't want! I had had false eyelashes in the past and this is definitely the worse! read more

Okay to be real their eyelashes are amazing but their customer service sucks!!! I went in two weeks ago for a full set. Before I left I made an appointment for a filling. The lady on the counter said I'm all set and gave me a time & date. When I called to confirm My appointment they said I wasn't in the schedule how there was a note stating that I will call to make an appointment when I already did that two weeks ago in person. Whoever I spoke to on the phone didn't help in any way. I had to make ANOTHER appointment to get a filling with somebody else . I called the next day because no one texted me to confirm My appointment and when I did they said the samething..I wasn't on the schedule and how they are all booked for the week!!
