Simply put: you get WAY more than you pay for with these guys. My wife and I live up north in the redwoods and use our Subaru Forester for off road access to hiking and foraging with our heavy shedding white dog. We also had never gotten the interior cleaned in the 6 months we owned the car and hadn't washed the exterior in over in month. This car was a total mess. We decided to hire Luxury when visiting my in-laws in Palm Springs because we figured there would a high concentration of car detailing services. There were a ton! We got quotes through help for 5 different services and all were between $250-$300. Luxury came in on the low end at $250 which was great because it was our first choice based on reviews anyway. We scheduled them to come by a couple days later. They couldn't have been more professional on the phone; giving many options, confirming and even texting when they were running slightly late. However this professionalism was just the beginning of the incredible job they did. They arrived at 1pm and by 6pm they were still hard at work. As it got dark outside I came out and looked at the job they had done. I told them it looked great if they wanted to wrap up and go home. "Oh no, we're not even close" they told me. "If it's ok, we'd like to come back tomorrow to finish up." What?!?! This car looked great to me, but obviously not great enough to meet their standards. The next day they came back around noon. Again they were working until 5pm, this time with a tent set up over the car. People were stopping in the middle of the street asking them to wash their cars. Needless to say, the car was absolutely spotless. My father-in-law turned to me at one point remarked that there was no way that the original quote of $250 was going to stand. They'd worked for over 8 hrs at that point so I would've gladly paid more but no, $250 was the total! I cannot over state what an incredible job Luxury did. If you've got a real mess on your hands don't waste a penny with anyone else. These guys a worth every cent and so much more! read more
