Once we finally did find a time, he texted me at the very last minute to cancel. He stated he had family issues (which I can fully appreciate - I get them all the time), but also mentioned the issues were the day prior to our appointment. Obviously, this made me question why he didn't cancel when he knew there would be a conflict. I am only rating his ability to schedule, not his detailing skills. read more

Said they could do it at the house, at the shop and would even pick up and deliver. Just extraordinary service. They did two cars for us, one at a time, so we always had one to drive.
