Water spots from sprinklers, were baked on black paint from the desert sun. I would clean the truck weekly or take it to a drive through car wash, however even right after it was cleaned the water spots were highly visible and made the vehicle look dull and unsightly. Juan arrived in a professional business vehicle with pro equipment and materials. He was personable and reassuring. Following his recommendations, he polished and sealed the black paint. My Nissan truck is 7 years old and it was great to see it shine and sparkle with a nice reflection! Juan from Absolute Detail did an amazing first job cleaning my car as well as my wife's car. He was on-time for my first appointment and his work was quality. When I booked Juan for another detail that's when I had a totally different experience. He was a no-call no-show for my 2nd appointment. When I called him, he told me he had a flat tire and would be able to meet me 2 hours later. I'm flexible and understanding which is why I agreed to wait an additional 2 hours for him. He ended up arriving 5 hours later and apologized profusely. I told him everything would have been fine if he would have given me a courtesy call. This would have allowed me to do other things throughout my day than waiting for him. He finally came through and completed the job. I made the mistake of booking him for a 3rd appointment. Guess what happened? He was a no-call no-show again, and gave me the excuse of having a flat tire. This could have been true, however, he once again failed to call me to let me know he wouldn't make the appointment. He was great the first time and had great first impressions, but it appears he is too busy to give his customers a courtesy call or text if he is running late or is unavailable. If I would have never reached out to him to confirm my appointment, he would have never let me know that he wouldn't keep our appointment. He is very unprofessional and needs to up his game with communicating with his customers. I know things happen that are beyond our control. What is within our control however, is to reach out to the customer with a courtesy call if they are running late or need to reschedule. Juan failed to do this twice in a row and unfortunately lost my business. Bottom line, Juan will do a good job if he actually shows up for your appointment, otherwise be prepared for no communication at all from him if he's running late or cannot follow through on his commitment. Wow!!!! Amazing work. Juan is like a magician, he did such a good job on our Black Escalade. We had swirl marks and some significant scratches where some tumble weeds hit our car.
